史上最差华住酒店，本来抱着极大的期待想看看海外的华住酒店做成什么样子，没想到远超预期的差，我一个从来不去做酒店评论的人，实在忍不住要让大家避坑。 先説衞生，掀开马桶盖的时候发现居然有毛发，桌子打卡也是有液体痕迹 两个人入住只有一套毛巾 房间里没有电话，有任何问题找前台都需要下楼 那个Wi-Fi如果不是华住会会员就不可能连接，即便住店也没有网络，一种被绑架的感觉 整个房间只有衞生间的两个一次性纸杯 房间只有两个小凳子，和一个小桌板，衣服都没有地方放，人也很难坐 前台只有两个小年轻，完全没有管理的样子。 出入停车场需要先把车停下，去前台让工作人员手动解开地锁

Went here at the last minute and didn't regret it. Many first class aspects: the breakfast, the outdoor pool, the James Bond bar, the kids club - staffed on a Saturday night. But most of all, what a wonderful team. The concierge men were just so helpful and kind. They could see I was travelling on my own with my son. Special thanks to the Guillaume and Fabrice.

Hidden gem. Beautiful, boutique hotel with character, and helpful, friendly staff.

Absolutely outstanding stay. Great service, perfect location, excellent breakfast and a truly charming hotel and room. From the moment I arrived I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful – you almost felt like part of the family rather than just a guest. That personal touch really makes a difference. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Valletta, with short and easy walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafés, sights, shops and the ferry. Despite being so central, the hotel feels calm and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and served in a very pleasant, peaceful environment. A great selection of local dishes, fresh fruit and pastries, as well as more international options. Fresh coffee served at your table on request is a lovely touch. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lots of character and charm. You can really feel the care that has gone into every detail. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone consistently went the extra mile to make my stay special and effortless. Small gestures, genuine smiles and a real willingness to help made this stay memorable. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valletta. A truly magical experience.

The views are gorgeous, the room comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If you have sensitive skin be cautious with the hot tub, I reacted to something in the water, but that's not unusual for me, and my husband was fine. A rinse off in the room and some login, and I was fine the next morning.

My vacation at Taj Dal Lake was absolutely wonderful. The property is stunning, what truly made the difference was the incredible service. The staff was helpful throughout our stay, they took care of us personally and ensured we enjoyed our stay.True Taj hospitality!
