他の方が言うように、少し施设は古いですが、ロケーションと景色が最高でした。 価格も安く、満足でした。 朝ごはんはビュッフェで良かったです。 闲散期だったのか、夜ご饭はブュッフェではなく、おまかせメニューでした。

Lovely room and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t have done more. Only a short walk to the city centre and Gelato shops.

Сервис отеля оставляет желать лучшего, поселили в номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями, хотя заказывали обычный, соответсвенно принимать ванну нет возможности в комфорте. При просьбе переселить предложили отменить бронь(невозвратную) и заселиться в другой отель. Когда попросили набор тапок, оказалось, что одного набора тапок нет, а это спа отель, тапки так и не появились за трое суток. Зубной набор нам предложили приобрести за деньги в киоске, а также банный халат. Для 4х звезд очень странный сервис.

We had a one-night stay with our friends as part of a joint 70th birthday celebration, and we had an outstanding experience. The staff were without exception welcoming, friendly and professional and looked after us very well - we had complimentary upgrades to lovely garden lodge rooms and birthday cards. We also appreciated Chef Patron Lisa saying hello to us as we've followed her career over the years. The hotel is set in pleasant gardens with lovely views across Bowland, the facilities are first-class and tasteful. Our seasonal lunch was superb and breakfast was generous and perfectly cooked the following day. Overall we had a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay.
