Staff really friendly, food lovely, room spacious and clean and tidy. Would stay again ??

Great welcome. Comfy bed. Quiet. Free parking. Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Several lights not working in our room - reported. Receptionist on Saturday evening forgot to bring items up we'd requested upon return to hotel - clean hand towel & 2 mugs. No apology when I went down an hour later. Previous occupant of room had dyed hair pink/red and had somehow splashed the ceiling! NB at time of writing photos of each Premier Inn in Tonbridge are attributed to the other site.

Great hotel!! To be honest, I didn’t expect that much from a Courtyard. The employees were the best experience in years. Keep up the good work.

LIT MAL EQUIPE: LE DRAP HOUSSE NEST QU UN SIMPLE DRAP QUI N A PAS ARRETE DE GLISSER TOUT AU LONG DE LA NUIT, MAIS VU QU IL EST IMPOSSIBLE DE PASSER D UN COTE DU LIT, CE NE DOIT PAS ETRE SIMPLE POUR LES AGENTS D ENTRETIEN DE BIEN CALER LES DRAPS!! INTERUPTEUR POUR LA LUMIERE DE LA SALLE DE BAIN DEBOITE, IL PENDAIT, AVEC FILS ELECTRIQUES APPARENTS TOUTEFOIS sALLE DE BAIN NICKEL TRES PROPRE. SERVICE RAS, CORRECT PORTE: SERURE OU IL MANQUAIT 1 VISSE ET DONC TRES COMPLIQUE A FERMER CORRECTEMENT;

Clean room, comfortable beds, effective airconditioning. Great shower for space and showerhead height. Towels supplied, 1 per guest, plus 1 hand towel, 1 face washer and 1 floor towel/mat. We haved already booked for our next trip in May, 2026.
