Afternoon, as I'm a regular customer, my stay at your accommodation is very customer caring which is why I feel more comfortable there. It has everything I required, especially when I'm on a FIFO that it can be very tiring for me to drive home to Yarrabah especially when you're sitting in a plane for an hour & a half. So be sure & ready for another booking for another overnight cap with the usual another Sunday overnight stay followed by another 2 night (Friday, Saturday) again, great work Team Balaclava Hotel for making my stay very comfortable, yours sincerely Cornelius.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner restaurant was very good. Would recommend and stay here again.

The facilities are good. We enjoyed the hotel.

En la habitación 505 el clima no enfría nada. La tele no tiene programación abierta ni algún servicio de televisión por cable o satélite solo algunos canales de la programación automática de la marca de la pantalla, por lo que si no usas las cuentas propias de streaming no podrás ver mucha cosa

Fantastisch klein boetiek hotel rustig relaxed en overal dichtbij. Long beach met fijn zand 5 min met de auto. Ontbijt zeer verzorgd Health food alles vers gemaakt. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Zwembad mooie parasols alles is oporde en gratis parkeren. 5 ster waardig.

Great breakfast, quiet room and helpful staff

Clean room, lots of space, easy access and right on the beach.
