Booked a great value 3 night stay in a twin sea view room BB, ￡245 for 2 people. Breakfast was excellent and so much choice. They have a fantastic offer on for evening meals in the restaurant, buy one get one free as well. Dinners were excellent. Also a loyalty card for spending in the bar for drinks and food. Non residents welcome in the bar and restaurant.

Absolutely faultless. Every member of staff were superb despite how busy they were. Quality, fresh carvery with great taste. Beautifully renovated too. Gorgeous lof burner and dog friendly. Perfect!

Book it for my friend. She loves it so much especially the cleanliness and the steam iron provided.

Stayed a night last week. And went into the room. The handle come off the bathroom door. That was that. And we found something on the floor that no one should find. Begins with B and a device called N. Went straight to reception that come took photos, it wasn't her fault. Was the cleaners. She moved us rooms and I was happy with our new room. This used to be my fav Travelodge but seemed to of given way to the homeless and boat people now. Disappointed about the smell of W as I walked the corridors. Anyways. I won't be going back. Breakfast was nice though

We love it. Terry and Nikki are lovely, the place is right on the moors, the hot tub is massive and the rooms are super comfortable. We've been recommending it to family and friends and will definitely visit again.

Everything was excellent except that the first room we were asigned was full with mosquitoes.

Vanessa and Cameron couldn’t have made us more welcome from the moment they greeted us personally on arrival. The garden room was excellent, perfect for the dog. Very spacious and clean. Will definitely be going back.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this particular PremierInn as we felt vey unsafe when entering the hotel after a show at the Pavilion theatre. Homeless people lingering at the front of the hotel were begging for money, being quite aggressive . I have nothing against homeless people and sympathise with their predicament, but I did want to feel safe returning to the hotel, we did not get that feeling due to the lack of security and lighting at the front entrance. We were not able to get food in the restaurant, due to what seemed staffing issues; only one member of staff to greet and serve food and drinks, it was early evening Witnessed several other guests also being turned away. Carpet in the room was very stained and looked uncared for. Not what I expected from this hotel group.

The staff was very courteous, comfortable bed and spotless room. Breakfast very good for quality and variety of choice.
