Rooms were clean, service is good, free parking lots are plenty, breakfast buffet selection was good. All in all a great & affordable stay????

Good hotel for the price in Birmingham City Centre would definitely book again.

I had to fly in to Karratha for work purposes and had to stay for the night. The room for the night costed almost AUD 600 and I thought it’s really expensive so I was expecting something really good. But touching down from the plane to standing in front of the hotel, my thoughts were “thats it….” And my surprise (apart from the heat) was to meet a fellow Singaporean at the front desk! That instantly made me feel at ease! He’s been really nice and helpful since it was my first time here and I’m travelling solo (female). The next was the food. The Italian restaurant served really nice food. I’m writing this review from another hotel (more like a motel; that mermaid) as my flight was cancelled; thank you Virgin. Trying not to compare but KI is really wayyyyyyyy better. If by any chance I’ll have to fly in again, I’d definitely come back to KI. P/S: Would the GM give the guy a raise! He made me feel nearer to home! And I forgot to get his name.

Good value hotel in a good location near transport and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff that are willing to help if you need anything. I will stay there again

Chambre vue ocean et accueil du personnel

Our room was great! Much better than expected! The view was beautiful. It was of the rivier looking at Roosevelt Island, and the bridge. The room was clean. Parking was so easy - the valet was very kind and helpful. The front desk checked us in early and they were very polite.

Excellent hotel, with a few niggles ... and probably should come with a health warning! The hotel is well located down on the sea front, the public areas are very well presented with a beautiful lobby bar area and outdoor sitting. The swimming pool is large, with plenty of sun loungers (in January) although the sun does go behind the hotel at about 3pm. The rooms are well presented with lovely sea views from the front. Would highly recommend upgrading to have access to the The Level, which allows you access to a separate lounge area all day including breakfast (with al a carte menu), snacks and cold drinks all day and a free, full, self-service bar between 4-6pm ... hence the health warning for your waistline and liver!! Just a few niggles - the safe didn't work, and wasn't fixed despite asking, and the staff are efficient but didn't smile easily. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Love it

Room was clean, nearby metro, staff was good But the room was very small for this price. They are charging Beijing rates. Not worthy of price. The extra bed occupied all the space there was no room/space left for placing table and chair which were already in the room.
