Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sia per la stanza, spaziosa, moderna e pulita, sia per la buona prima colazione. Bene anche il parcheggio interno e la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

The restaurant downstairs was fantastic! Such a treat. I had both lunch and dinner- staff was so helpful and friendly and meals presented beautifully! The hotel was also wonderful- loved the location and the view. I would upgrade to a room with a balcony- so nice to have outdoor sitting area!!!

Everything is satisfactory

We had a wonderful stay at Rolling Surf this weekend! We stayed here over a decade ago with family a few times, and I truly believe the property is even nice now than back then. The management of the property seem to keep things really updated and in neat condition. Not to mention it’s a super easy to navigate car park, with heaps of street parking around if needed for additional vehicles. It’s a wonderful location, with great views and great food available from the shop fronts down stairs. It’s walking distance to ‘downtown’ Caloundra as well. The receptionist when we arrived Friday night was so lovely as well, she really set our stay off to a good start.

We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed. On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event. Our choices were then Claim Jumper, Saltgrass or Cadillac. None of which we were thrilled about. Having been in the pool service industry for 25 years, I could tell the pool chemistry was off just by the quality of the water view. I understand such large volume is hard to maintain, but for the price of the room, I would expect better. I did not use the pool for that reason.

Everything about the stay was excellent. Restaurant food was good.

For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
