Lovely location despite the rain . Staff lovely and room very clean with nice views . Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom .Difficult to control the heating in the bedroom however .Nice bar area and great breakfast . Had dinner in the restaurant . Staff there were very attentive and food fine. I would say the dinner was nothing particularly special.

Lovely receptionists at the counter everyday who we are able to communicate without any issue. High speed wifi and ac in room. We were also lucky to be able to check in early. Just 1 minute walk to train station (opposite the right entrance of the station). Gracias!

Fantastic location, beautiful gardens and the food was good, luckily we had our own drinks as we went to the bar and told there was no beer or wine as they didn’t have a license. The worst thing was the hotel itself, it was built fifty years ago and really looks like it, the hotel needs a massive upgrade to bring up to modern standards. We were booked for two nights and left after one night. Very disappointing!

There were some leftover food left under one of the beds but the place was pretty good

walking distance to pretty much everything in Asakusa. really good value of money for its location. Clean room good for solo traveller. Family Mart and restaurants close by.

Breakfast was very poor. Rooms a little below par. No one in reception in the morning in case you want something from kitchen or even a receipt.

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, it's safe, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest properly. The room was also far too hot, and the only way to sleep was with the windows open. The shower glass wall was poorly designed and inconvenient to use. The dining experience was frustrating. At dinner, there was no real choice — guests could only choose between two dishes, which felt very limiting. During breakfast and dinner, one staff member was particularly rude and unwelcoming. She would not allow guests to finish their breakfast if they were sitting at a different table, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the comfort and service did not meet expectations..
