The staff were great, my room was very comfortable. Breakfast is really good here and there are very reasonably priced places to eat all around the hotel.

Perfect location near the tower . Close to many restaurants and metro station(100 m) . The hotel is new and good rooms with futon . Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

First of all, the Valentine's Day decor was really beautiful in the lobby! The receptionists were really sweet too. Sam was such a great help when I had an issue with the heat in my room. She was able to switch me out rather quickly and I'm so grateful since we're having a terrible winter in NYC. I loved the bathroom the most!! A standing shower will always have my heart. Everything was pretty clean, bed was comfy and I couldn't be happier with my short stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Service was always available to me - helpful and organized to have my room ready early without me requesting it as they knew I in transit. Nothing was ever a difficult or annoying request (that's how the staff made me feel anyway). The room was awesome. It was serviced exceptionally well every day during my stay. Plenty big enough and stocked everything I needed.

The room is modern with full equipped kitchen. But the floor seemed never mopped; sticky and dirty. Walk-in checking in was not convenient. The door was locked so we needed to wait outside until ppl opened the door so we could go in with the
