Very clean and comfortable. Slight quiet dripping noise from the air conditioning unit that required me to turn off to sleep. Fortunately I was visiting in early May 2026 when it wasn’t too hot. Didn’t inform staff as was in a rush and wasn’t a big issue at the time for me. Had a great stay and would definitely be back if visiting the area again!

The food, drinks and the service at this hotel was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and it was the ideal boutique hotel. All staff recommendations for additional restaurants were top notch. 10/10

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Tugu Lombok, it felt like stepping into another world—one where every detail is carefully crafted to create a truly unforgettable experience. Our room was absolutely beautiful, complete with a private plunge pool and a unique outdoor bathroom that felt luxurious yet perfectly in tune with the surroundings (and, thankfully, completely bug-free!). Dining was another highlight. The food was consistently excellent, and the dining room itself is set in such a serene, picturesque spot by the pool, overlooking the beach. Every meal felt special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. The entire property is rich with character—statues, artifacts, and historical touches seem to appear around every corner, giving the grounds a magical, almost museum-like quality while still feeling warm and inviting. The beach and views are simply stunning, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. And the staff? Absolutely exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The seamless transfer arranged between the hotel and Gili T made everything effortless. A heartfelt thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay—and a special mention to the creative genius behind the delightful towel displays, which brought a smile to our faces every day! We can’t wait to return.

An excellent hotel. We had a long journey south, needed somewhere to break our journey, and it was my wife's birthday, so we wanted somewhere nice. Everything about this hotel was excellent: the location was just about halfway home and just off the main street. The staff were incredible- helpful, professional, friendly, and polite. Our room was fantastic, the meals in the Strawberry Fields bistro and breakfast in the main hotel were both excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. It's not a cheap hotel, but is excellent value.

This is my second year in a row staying at this beautiful, historic hotel. I love the area and easy walk to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant, Elsie's Daughter is so original. Like no hotel restaurant I've ever experienced. Look forward to seeing the Choo Choo again in 2027!!!
