Room was spacious and all amenities provided. TV didn't work but after checking the cables, found the HDMI was not plugged in or the antenna booster and then noticed it was very dusty there. Only 1 key provided and the 1 window only opened about 2 inches so not much fresh air but the ac worked fine. I forgot my jacket in the room after checking out and the reception rang me about 15 minutes later which was super cool of them to do, many thanks.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Super friendly staff, room spotless and very comfortable with lots of big pillows , high quality bed, a Roberts digital radio as well as TV. Bathroom looked brand new, free shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Restaurant and bar also great , plenty of room to lounge. Tasty breakfast cooked to order. 5 stars

Fabulous location, on site parking, friendly staff, lovely restaurant for breakfaat

Th staff seemed to be having an off week or something. We showed up and no one greeted us. House keeping forgot to leave towels when they took the old ones. They left 2 beers a day in the room ( no other booze) and didn't leave any a couple days. Restaurant's were hit and miss with service and quality. The sports bar was not open until 4. The service was extremely slow. We left after 30 minutes one day. The food you ordered in the sports bar was good. They were re-doing a lot of the place - the beach bar was closed- painting the outside so we couldn't use our deck. The hills were a lot. No elevators- be ready to walk a lot

Increíble experiencia en este hotel. Todo el personal es muy amable y se esmera en ayudarte. Las habitaciones son espaciadas y las camas muy cómodas. El área de restaurante es muy bonita, con vista a un peque?o estanque con peces y muchos árboles. Las 3 albercas están pensadas para estar con ni?os o sólo adultos.

On arrival I was given a disclaimer form to sign that I would not complain about my room before I had even seen it .. I had paid for a double superior .. I was given 2 singles in a not very clean shabby room .. it was located not far from the restaurant, lobby and the first pool with a bar/gazebo on it .. this bar played loud music on/off throughout the day along with loud music at other pools then from 9pm it played a full on loud bass dance music disco till midnight every night with around 20 teenagers attending ..so for the few people that showed up the masses had to listen to this noise .. I know it's a holiday but I also had day trips planned with early starts and I cannot relax or sleep in an atmosphere with a constant barage of noise for hours on end everyday. First time I have gone all inclusive and I was impressed with the food and drinks everyday. The pools and aqua park make it a Great place for young families to stay. The staff were all very polite snd friendly throughout the resort as I believe you get out of people what you put into them if you speak to everyone politely and friendly you get the same in return as I did hear lots of guests never using a please or thankyou .. manners cost nothing.
