We stayed one night because we were attending a graduation nearby. We had two rooms and were able to bring our dogs with us. The property was clean, the grounds were large and beautiful, the rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast options were great. We had made to order omelettes! The outdoor space was not being used for any events so we were able to play fetch with our dogs, which was great! We are planning to go back for a long weekend, just to relax and enjoy!

I am sorry to report that my husband and myself had a 2 night stay in this hotel. Firstly the positives. The buffet breakfast is very nice and the coffee from a machine is acceptable. The area is very nice and suited us as it was very nice and near the metro and nice restaurants. For two nights the bar opposite was extremely loud but that is not the fault of the hotel. The room we had is very small i realise that Paris hotels are small but this is small. The bathroom isn't small it is weeny. My husband struggled to have a shower as it is that ‘small’. This room is for a single person. The reception staff are pleasant.

The view was spectacular and enjoyed time sitting on the balcony. Moby Dicks is well position for a walk into town or a walk along the river. I found the little notes about what you can’t do eg. Cook meat on the stove, leave dishes in the sink etc annoying with the constant threat of being fined - not relaxing or welcoming. Don’t provide ammenities if you don’t want people to use them! Have shampoo etc in refill containers that can’t be moved if you don’t want them taken.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per alcuni giorni ed è stata una scoperta davvero piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, molto curata e impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia, con un'atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: centralissima e comodissima per visitare la città senza dover usare l'auto. Ristoranti, negozi e principali punti di interesse sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesco, una persona davvero rara. Sempre disponibile, attento, gentile e genuinamente interessato a farci sentire benvenuti. La sua ospitalità ha fatto la differenza e ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Quando torneremo in zona, sapremo già dove prenotare. Consigliatissimo! ?????

从进入酒店到办理入住酒店前台很冷漠,办理入住时和前台説了两次不要当头房间,前台回应两次入住房型没有早餐,办理完入住不做任何提示,最基本的房间在几楼电梯在哪个位置只字不提 到房间所在楼层后果然有一房间安排的当头,完全无视顾客需求,下楼更换房间时没有一丝歉意,重新换到十层后居然要游客付款房间按金,长见识了 房间内淋雨蓬头一开水到处喷,还伴随着刺耳的杂音,酒店吹风机也是老式的,要一直按着才能用,对洗完头发的女性非常不友好

Très bon accueil. Toutefois surpris que dans un trois étoiles le vin commandé arrive sur table dans une bouteille déjà ouverte... je n'évoque pas la qualité de ce Chablis 2015 car nous l'avons quand-même bu...
