优点：酒店离池袋站西口（东武百货处有升降电梯）步行十多分钟，闹中取静，服务好，免费早餐比想象中丰富，可以免费寄存行李，一楼提供免费咖啡和水。 不足之处：房间是我住过最小的房间，门是向外拉的，因为里面空间实在太小，床与墙之间只有一个箱子的距离，得横着走进去，胖子肯定过不了。应该是为了环保，酒店不提供一次性拖鞋，但前台有出售，一双60日币。

Outstanding hotel with every amenity catering for your every need. Customer service is excellent with a very warm welcome Rooms are of an excellent quality with attention to every detail. Having visited many hotels on my visit here I would put this one at the top of the list

Seemingly like everyone else who stays here, we loved Zino's Palace. It's such a friendly and inviting boutique hotel, where nothing seems to be too much trouble. The staff are so warm and welcoming. As other's note, it's at the top of a very steep side street so a little tucked away but there is ample parking, a very good restaurant (that doubles as the bar) and excellent service from everyone, so why leave of an evening? Suites, with their balconies and sea views are a worthy upgrade but it's a treat regardless.

We stayed at Riad 72 for five nights and had a great experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the Riad is very calm. The staff were warm and attentive, always happy to help with taxis, restaurant recommendations, or local advice. A big thank you to Khaoula, Mohammed and all the staff Breakfasts were delicious and we also ate at the Riad’s Naama restaurant one evening, which was excellent. The location is ideal: central enough to explore the Medina and souks easily, yet tucked away and peaceful. We left feeling genuinely well looked after and would happily return

El cuarto limpio, pero el aire no tiene función auto, entonces está muy caliente o muy frio, no hay punto medio. Además la tele se veía solamente en tonos verdes. La atención muy amable y el hotel limpio.

The good thing about this hotel is its location. Room size is ok for 1 pax. Otherwise there are only poor services from the staff. The check in counter staff aren't friendly at all. They made you feel like you are begging for help instead of offering good customer services. Had a meal at level 1 restaurant and the food really can't make it. Suggest you to go to crown plaza. Just slightly more dollars. And if you take uber the map will always get the driver to wait across the hotel. ???

In the past year or so, I've travelled from Sunderland several times to visit newly acquainted friends in Dorset, and fell in love with area. I always visit the King John for drinks or a meal during my brief stays to the area, the place was highly recommended. This was my first opportunity to stay as a hotel guest. The welcome I always receive is warm and courteous, and the service very professional. The staff take an interest in their guests without being intrusive in conversations. The selection of food and drinks is outstanding, with staff happy to give advice. The atmosphere in the restaurant area is helped by the cosy log fire, decor and finely balanced non intrusive background music. I must compliment all the staff for the way everything is spotlessly clean - glasses sparkle in the candlelight for example, very romantic. The quality of your food is outstanding and I can honestly say my girlfriend and I were so happy with all our meals. My room was warm and comforting, bed very comfortable. The shower thermostat needed a bit of jiggling to get hot. The wifi signal in the evenings was poor at times, then again, the inn is surrounded by hills and the weather has been horrendous this week. I was happy with "value for money" as this was the best UK hotel experience I've ever had. Well done everyone! Regards David Miller

Conveniently located close to the airport of NewDelhi (saves loads of time, avoiding traffic to and from the city center unless intended visits) in a new business center area with mall and restaurants, nat and controlled area with limited cars. Room and bathroom extremely basic: no cabinets, hangers, safety box, few power sockets, toiletry almost absent (save for soaps, no toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit…). Wide selection for breakfast, though the seating area gets crowded (sometimes, leaving no seats available).
