Firstly, the location in the ********** app is different to the postcode. Staff were incredibly friendly, from check-in, the breakfast, to check-out. Bathroom could do with a really deep clean, likewise tea and coffee station

Abbiamo usufruito della spa come ospiti esterni e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e accogliente fin dall’arrivo. Ci sono stati forniti ciabatte e accappatoi e il servizio spa è completo: bagno turco, sauna, piscina, zona relax e angolo tisane. Bellissima la vista sulle montagne e sul paese, che rende l’atmosfera ancora più rilassante. Ottima scelta per una pausa benessere in coppia, sarei rimasta più tempo.

全打五分很容易被判断为水军，但是我想表达一下，我是真人，这个酒店真的很好，对于我这种住了好多个欧洲酒店的游客来説，这个酒店真的是性价比拉满，他酒店地理位置特别好，旁边就是超有名的蛋挞店，还有好几个景点都在那块儿，真的特别方便！！还有免费供应的水和拖鞋（虽然和国内相比这些应该是配套的，但是其他欧洲国家酒店基本不提供这样的服务），感觉早餐也和其他酒店的差不多，虽然是白人饭，但是很便宜还是自带的。p1是早餐，p2就是一打开窗户就能看到的升降机（可能是我们的房间是靠近这的103）p3是我们办理入住的时候提供的甜点，我们只拿了这么多，还有咖啡啥的！（估计空间也还好，不是特别大，但是床还是蛮舒服的！家人们一定要去住！！！！！！
酒店回复：就是空调声音有点大，窗帘不太好拉，其他的真的不错！

Great welcome and fab room. Lovely hosts and easy to find and park. Outstanding options for breakfast all freshly cooked. Great base for Abergavenny and local walks along the canal. Thanks for a lovely stay Kel and Mel. Would highly recommend booking here.

Comfortable , friendly , smart , welcoming and well located. However the room was way too hot at 26c and with the a/c turned off for the winter no way of controlling it.

A really nice hotel. Our room was unexpectedly MASSIVE! 2-3times the size I expected. A suite rather than a standard room! Very happy indeed.
Comfortable. Warm. Great bathroom. Ideal.
3min off the M6, 5min to town centre.
