Staff was so helpful and gave me great walking directions to my meeting. Room was wonderful.

This is my third stay at Harmony! It’s a great, cozy, clean hotel with brilliant staff!

The staff are always amazing and friendly, the rooms were cleaned as requested and amenities are close. We love staying there and will be back next year.

a minimalist dream, super clean and welcoming staff. I deducted 1 star because it smelled like clogged sewage :/

Located near the town but in a quiet pleasant environment . The rooms were beautiful clean and tastefully decorated .our bedroom was exceptional with a wet room and a doors out on to a decking area . Every part of the hotel was decorated very tastefully and quirky .Rosa welcomed us to the hotel,and is a very delightful and cheerful young lady who could explain the hotel and surrounding places eloquently .

Service was great. Room stunk like sewage, it was so bad we had to keep the sliding door opened and bathroom door closed most of the time. We even had our air freshener but still overpowering. The sliding door did not lock , we had to sleep with the fear someone could come in and steal our stuff. They need to fix the door and fix the sewage problem. Room was good , big and clean but other than that, definitely stay somewhere closer to zocalo even if you pay a bit more.

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel, mention spéciale à la dame du petit-déjeuner qui est très attentionnée. Chambre petite mais confortable, parfaite pour une personne.

The staff is amazing here ! Big shout out to the cleaning team - it was so nice. Everything was top dollar. Late check out was 40 euros in cash only - that seemed a big too much but we were able to just stay buy the pool.

My favorite resort at Disney. DVC member. Has the largest rooms. Boat access to Disney Springs. We go at least twice a year.
