The water was cold after 5 minutes of showering, continuously complained however nothing was done. The drainage smelt awful in the morning. Continues banging from work starting at 7am every morning.

Ambience was very refreshing and we'll mainting felt like home to stay Good staff and nice coordinator

Bed hard, coffee and water tasted terrible, breakfast was terrible and staff rude.

After reading some of the negative comments prior to departure, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. All the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Our room was spacious, had a large TV on the wall (all channels in Italian), the beds were very comfortable (we love a firm mattress) and it was extremely clean. The bathroom was spacious too with plenty of towels (which were changed every other day) & with complementary toiletries. The breakfast offered varied choices of cold meets & cheese, yoghurts & fromage blanc, boiled eggs & a range of pastries, breads & jams. In the evening, dinner offered varied menus everyday with 4 choices of starters & mains. The antipasti table had lots of different salads, hot dishes, cold meets & different flavour focaccia! The service was good & prompt & the waiters & waitresses very attentive to our needs. For dessert, there were choices of cakes, fruits salads & panna cotta. The bar is well stocked & there are plenty of seats/sofas around to chill with a drink or socialise before dinner. There was a wellness centre which we did not use as we forgot our swim suits! The ski room was next to the garage & had heated boot racks & ski hanging racks, no lockers though. The ski bus stops were just outside the hotel so if you didn’t want to walk the 10 mn walk to the gondola or wished to go to Canazei, you could take the ski bus; we just took a picture of the times & organised ourselves around it, which worked a treat ???? All in all, the hotel is great value for money & well worth the *** status.

When we arrived from interstate, we were told the booking had been cancelled & there were no rooms available.. No offer to help with any other solution..

Very good, comfortable and safe hotel Staff are very cooperative and the food tastes excellent....... I highly recommend

The town house was lovely, however the staff were dismissive to the point of being rude when we checked in. The guy who took my card and showed us to our townhouse literally couldn’t be bothered to smile or make any effort at all. We paid a lot of money for my partners birthday and he opened the door handed over the key and left. We had no idea how to use anything barely slept because we couldn’t turn the heating off. So disappointed. However when we went for supper in the restaurant we had a lovely young waitress who was engaging, courteous and attentive. When we checked out again the lady on the desk wasn’t interested in our complaint of the heating and barely smiled. Such a shame for such a lovely place to be let down by some of its staff.

This hotel is awesome! The staff here is so kind and ready to help you when you need it. They speak English well. It's silent, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is very good as well.

We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted ******* for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer.
