Exelente hotel,muito bem localizado, cafe da manh? muito bomm!!!

The only downside was having to wait for hot food at breakfast. Had to wait for scrambled eggs to be replenished. By the time I had egg the bacon had all gone, by the time the bacon arrived my egg was cold. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but the service was slow.

Beautiful hotel,the food is good

Easy to find, straightforward check-in and checkout. Rooms are small but neat with a window and AC (summer). The mattress in mine should be due for changing and the arm chair was heavily stained and needed a good shampoo. Some basic maintenance work is required, outside regular housekeeping. The bathrooms are spacious but since they are shared it could use some extra hooks or clothing racks to keep your stuff.

Have had 4 weekends stays here since Xmas and have always been happy for the money paid. I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. Rare features in budget hotels these days. And the hotel and grounds are always clean and tidy.

Nice hotel

Amazing villa with high quality amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, massage room, elevator etc.). Great location near the beach and very helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Always a wonderful stay at the gatwick Manor Premier Inn, the rooms are always spotless, excellent Wi-Fi, the reception staff are ever so helpful, Rif in particular always goes above and beyond, highly recommend this hotel

Very close to the heart center of KL. It will be nicer if hair dryer is available

perfect location right on the edge of Derwentwater, the spa is absolutely amazing making full advantage of the views over the lake and mountains. The whole hotel looks brand new inside, every area is immaculately clean. The only thing that stopped it from being a totally perfect weekend was the lack of gluten free options at breakfast which is particularly disappointing given that we had advised that there were 2 members of the group with coeliac disease 12 days in advance.
