Resort da ristrutturare totalmente,i servizi igienici son vetusti servizio bevande in spiaggia con attese bibliche cibo molto ordinario e la cosa peggiore acqua salata dai rubinetti lavavo i denti con acqua minerale

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au Ocean Roof. L'établissement est très bien situé à quelques pas de la plage et vraiment proche de la rue principale ce qui est top! La chambre est basique mais a tout ce qu'il faut. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de micro-ondes et que la télé ne fonctionne pas. Le Wi-Fi est un peu capricieux mais ok. Le petit déjeuner proposé est simple mais plut?t efficace. Pour les PMR ou personnes ayant des problèmes aux jambes il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et le petit déjeuner est servi sur le toit au 5e étage pour info. /! POINT D'ALERTE/VIGILANCE : le 2e soir nous avons été victimes d'une INTRUSION dans notre chambre (située au 1er étage. Chambre 14). Le(s) voleur(s) sont entré(s) par la porte du balcon c?té chambre laissée entrouverte le temps que nous sommes partis acheter de quoi d?ner à l'extérieur ! Plusieurs objets ont été VOLéS ! Toutes nos affaires ont été FOUILLéES et JETéES au sol. Le propriétaire a été averti directement. Il ne nous a pas été d'une grande aide et ne nous a proposé aucunes solutions concrètes et 0 empathie. Nous avons demandés à voir les vidéos des caméras de surveillance mais rien ne nous a été montrés... c'est à se demander si celles-ci sont réellement fonctionnelles... et quid de la soit disant "sécurité 24h/24" indiqué dans la présentation de l'établissement ?! Le seul point noir de notre séjour. Conseil aux prochains voyageurs : si vous êtes dans une chambre située au 1er étage soyez vigilants et fermez bien derrière vous car les gens peuvent accéder à votre chambre facilement en passant par le balcon et il n'y a pas de caméras c?té rue même si le propriétaire vous accueil en disant " ici vous etes en sécurité il y a des caméras etc etc". Si cet événement négatif n'aurait pas eu lieu j'aurais mis 5 étoiles. Nous avons poursuivi notre séjour dans l'insécurité et la peur mais nos vacances n'ont pas été gachées bien heureusement. Nous avons malgré tout profité de cette magnifique ?le.

This Riad was excellent. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by big smile and very friendly staff. The room was spotless and very authentic looking. We wanted to experience Riad and this place did not disappoint. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Il personale alla reception è sempre molto gentile in particolare Mr Djogo è stato professionale e disponibile ascoltando le ns esigenze La camera era molto pulita e la colazione ottima. Unico neo è l'ascensore perchè essendo la struttura molto grande spesso si deve attendere per salire o scendere , soprattutto se si è ad un piano alto. Nel complesso comunque molto soddisfatta!!!

It was a lovely experience, the restaurant and bar can be under stocked at times. The communication on full board was not very clear so we ended up paying more afterwards. The hotel is super clean and staff are friendly

The property is well maintained, as one would expect from a 5-star resort. The pool is clean, and the kitchen prepares meals clearly tailored to Western tastes, offering a 5-course à la carte lunch menu (all five courses can be ordered under the all-inclusive formula), which changes daily, and a 7-course surprise tasting menu in the evening to be shared as a couple. The resort is strongly oriented toward adult couples, although during our stay we did notice the presence of a trio (a couple with a parent). The table staff are kind, although they struggle somewhat with English. The overall atmosphere is clearly focused on relaxation. Five stars on paper, but now to the shortcomings: – 1 star for the sea. A major disappointment, especially considering how differently it is portrayed on Instagram. At high tide the beach disappears completely, and the water becomes milky and opaque due to the sandy seabed and wave motion. At low tide, the sea becomes practically unusable, with ankle-deep water stretching for hundreds of meters. Reaching swimmable water offshore is virtually impossible. (20cm water depth until deep blue line at horizon) . all surrounded by seaweed cultivation. – 1 star for the slowness of service and low level personnel training. Abandon all hope, you who enter. Extremely long waiting times between being seated and being served. On average, not less then 40 minutes — with peaks of over 50 minutes in the morning where waiting time is even worst — just to receive two eggs. I understand the concept of relaxation, but this borders on enforced fasting. Staff is friendly but not trained enough for a 5* service. – 1 star for a clear lack of class. We stayed 8 nights (not a short stay), paying the full daily rate even on the day of arrival, when due to our flight schedule we arrived at the resort after 11 p.m. and therefore did not benefit from dinner. We had informed the resort in advance and were left HALF toasted sandwich and some fruit in the room. On departure day, with checkout at 11 a.m. and airport transfer at 2 p.m., we were denied lunch, being told that the package expired at the moment the room keys were returned. If you want to be a 5-star resort, you simply do not do this — especially after charging nearly €1,000 per day. -1 star: The icing on the cake was that they made our taxi wait for an hour outside the gate without telling us it had arrived. I found out because I was starting to worry about the delay. Luckily, I had planned for a bit of a buffer. To conclude: multiple daily power outages. Only a few minutes each time, but still annoying. Overall rating: 1 star Not recommended

The place is disgusting. It’s clear the owners have zero interest in reinvesting. Room lighting is terrible, every part of the hotel needs refurbishing. Linens are tatty but clean. The ONlY bright spot was that the staff was friendly and helpful

Mooie rustige locatie aan een mooi strand. Kwaliteit kleinschalig maar wel ruim . Je loopt zo van het restaurant het strand op . Erg mooie kamers schoon en alles werkt in de avond mooi verlicht . Leuk restaurant aan het strand . Mensen erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en blij . Goed ontbijt .

This is a luxurious hotel. Free breakfast, spa, infinity pool, hot tub, Haitian artwork, Julan’s gourmet restaurant, Coral Beach Bar and the beach to ourselves most of the time.
