Amazing staff and food. Was concerned about not being on beach but they have a shuttle that goes to one of the nicest beaches you can walk on and lots of shade and chairs. Its a small resort so quiet and great for relaxing. I loved it and I've been all over the Caribbean. I will be back.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel , das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer werden t?glich sauber gemacht- auch mit den Zimmern, die ich gebucht hatte ( 3 N?chte mit Meer, 2 N?chte mit Gartenblick - aus Kostengründen ), wobei ich das Meerblickzimmer ?für die Zeit 16-18.2. ohne Aufpreis behalfen konnte )

遇到下雪封路了，想打电话问下酒店什么情况，连续四个小时无人接听，只能返程。这个酒店的电话完全打不通，想要沟通只能走邮件，客服还一直推卸责任，説接听了我们的电话，把责任全部推给客人。
如果想入住这个酒店要知悉：
有事不要联系酒店电话，永远打不通，发邮件才有人响应，且用时很久。（不知道是不是当天排班的问题）
客服人员不讲理，不承认自己有失职
对酒店失望，大年初一的影响心情，全部行程都打乱了
给携程好评，客服人员很好，一直帮忙跟进进度。

Older hotel that needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness. The restroom was dirty as well as the bedsheets and the carpets were stained.
The staff is friendly and it is in a nice quiet area.

房间乾净 安静 意外的是居然还有个小阳台，虽然看不到风景。酒店服务人员素质好，还有事先为去机场的旅客准备了酒店去火车站坐火车去机场的交通示意图
