Wir waren hier au?erhalb der Season im Februar. Wir waren einer der einzigen G?ste. Das Restaurant im Hotel hatte daher geschlossen, Das Hotel ist etwas ?lter aber trotzdem sehr charmant, die lange fanden wir auch sehr gut und den Blick aufs Meer. Das WLAN ist aber super und sehr schnell und man bekommt sich Strom verteilet :) Es gibt auch einige gute Restaurants in der N?he. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück einfach aber gut (wir waren fast die einzigen G?ste) Englisch k?nnen sie jedoch nicht. Ich würde das Hotel und den Ort weiter empfehlen.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and disappointing that there was no restaurant or bar.

酒店回复：We are sorry for your impression ,normally all the client like our country and quiet solution .In Gennuary the work is stopped in our restaurant but our zone is full of restaurant were you can have lunch or dinner not far from us.We hope however to see you in other seson where you can try our restaurant solution with natural home made products

Could have been excellent, but missing 2 things. Heated towel racks, and skylights in the dining area. It is an art and architecture hotel, and we enjoyed the paintings on the walls, but fell a little short where it comes to architecture. The skylights would allow natural light, and then they could have real trees instead of plastic ones.

We will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we always strive to improve the rooms to offer the best guest experience.For the benefit of future guests, and should you wish to return in the future, due to our current kitchen and restaurant renovation, breakfast dining is taking place in the Oriel Lounge, which usually functions as a bar and gallery space for our art collection. As such, the design is intended to highlight the art.Our Blas Restaurant and Lolfa area, where dining will return upon the completion of the renovation work on the 28th March, does include a lovely conservatory area perfect for lunch and afternoon tea dining to make the most of the natural light during the day.

We booked very last minute which was a gamble. Simon got in contact straight away and assured us it was no problem and would see us in a hour. HOST Perfect and charming. ROOM We got upgraded to an amazing spacious room on the top floor. It was clean, modern and traditional at the same time plus super quiet. LOCATION Amazing, could walk to the sea, around the park and even a bite to eat all in walking distance. VALUE Extremely good value. It was off peak season ￡85 a night for two people. PARKING We have a blue badge, but you can get a permit. We had no issues finding a space across from the property. If we are travelling through this area again we'd definitely check here for vacancies.

Very clean, housekeeping did a great job. All staff were extremely curious and went above and beyond. We loved every minute of our stay.

Equipe extremamente gentil, atenciosa, preocupada com o nosso bem estar. Restaurante é uma atra??o a parte, com comida excelente e atendimento impecável.

房间衞生太差了，床品脏。马桶有头发。什么一次性物品都不提供，早餐很low，没什么选择的机会，不是自助餐，是点餐，有些难吃！没什么服务态度，退房时还让我自己清理垃圾，要不就要扣我150澳币，下次不会入住，也不会推荐其他人入住。小心避雷吧！！！！

酒店回复：酒店説有免费.BBQ，并没有看到，泳池非常小。房屋设施旧，房间除了厕所外，没有垃圾桶。窗帘拉不严，屋内有绿色的虫子，床单被套不像是新换的，有股潮潮的味道，卧室镜子对着床，感觉不舒服。环境不好，带孩子不适合住，长者不适合住，吃不惯西式早餐的人不适合住。

不愧为昆明老牌五星酒店，酒店地理位置优越，虽然沿湖路况会有点堵。还是可以接受范围。如果着急可以到酒店东门叫车。比较方便。会避开拥堵路段。虽然酒店设施比较老旧，但房间配置还都挺好。有专门喝茶喝咖啡的器具。??一些细节之处挺让人意外的。大堂餐厅服务员素质还是很不错的。春节期间酒店有做了一些民俗活动挺不错的。大人小孩都挺喜欢的。唯一欠缺的是酒店餐厅菜品质量还是有待提高。没有期待中的那么可口。希望下回来的时候会更好。

Già al momento della prenotazione il personale ha dimostrato di essere molto sopra alla media per cordialità e proattività ed al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la conferma...persone di grande gentilezza che si attivano per fare stare bene i propri ospiti...un esempio! Molto apprezzabile anche l’organizzazione del “forte” in chiusura quando gli ospiti dell’hotel si possono muovere liberamente.
