This is the most beautiful apartment in Lisbon in which you could ever hope to stay. The location is right next to the pedestrian street Augusta (full of shops and restaurants) and the view is of the Rossio plaza. The room we stayed in, number 14, was directly over the arch in the street. It is elegantly decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms (living room and bedroom) are quiet with modern double-paned glass windows. We slept well in the comfortable large bed with quality linen and pillows. The kitchenette area is an island in the large living room and is fully equipped. The hosts left us all sorts of treats and were always available by email. They made us feel very welcomed. They also helped us arrange airport transportation which was both reliable and reasonably priced. There is an elevator in the building very helpful for luggage. However, if you are mobility impaired you need to be aware that there are a few stairs (maybe 3 or 4) needed to get to the elevator and also inside the apartment (maybe 6 or 7) to get from bedroom to living room. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Staff in all departments were readily available and keen to offer good service with a smile. Big shout out to Tara who happily helped us out with some tricky driving directions that we needed. There was plenty of staff on hand even though the Inn had low occupancy. This was good to see as in similar situations elsewhere, staff have been hard to find.

I was travelling alone and stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was super clean and big, but a bit dark (especially the bathroom). The receptionist who welcomed me was really sweet and helpful. I was able to check-in earlier as per my request, which I really appreciate. The location of the hotel is fantastic and you can walk to the heart of Lisbon in no time (lots of great restaurants and cafés around too). Pink St. was a bit noisy at night, but the noise levels were bearable as my room was facing the other direction. Unsuitable for family with kids and those who can't manage some stairs. Overall, I loved the charm and history of this place, and I would certainly stay here again.

The room was super clean, warm and spacious. It had the comforts of home that I did not want to leave! The staff was great and the breakfast was fabulous! The price was excellent for the value of our stay!

Look no further. This hotel hits the mark in all areas. Wonderful breakfast buffet included with your stay. Room was perfect with a fabulous view of the town and castle on the hill. The highlight however was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The main receptionist Ruth went above and beyond for us in dealing with lost luggage an illness and securing restaurant reservations as well as a driver. Book it now before it’s too late.

We stayed on 10.02.26 to 12.02.26. The stay was comfortable. The food is good. Shri Surendra Chavan was very helpful during the stay, specially arranging the safari as we did not have jeep booking. The other staff is cordial, helpful and humble.

Es ist ein sehr sch?nes Haus, der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind auch sehr sch?n, aber leider gibt es offenbar einen Personalmangel . Deswegen war das Restaurant geschlossen , das war aber auch ein Grund, warum wir dort gebucht haben . Um nach dem Schifshren gleich im Hsus essen zu k?nnen. Trinken konnte man am Abend auch nichts, da ab 17h -18h die Rezeption , sowie die Bsr unbesetzt waren. Im Wellnessbereich waren im Ruhebereich sehr oft kleine Kinder , Aber auch die Erwachsenen hielten sich nicht an die Ruhe . Abend sa?en dann zb M?nner mit Glasbierflaschen im Dampfbad! Obwohl an der Tpr steht , keine Glasflaschen in den Wellnessbereich mitnehmen. Ein Gast hatte sich in der Woche davor offenbar an einer zerbrochenen Flasche aufgeschnitten. Wie gesagt, es war nie jemand unterwegs um nachzusehen . Hoffentlich bekommen sie das in den Griff, sonst bekommt das Haus eher den Status einer Jugendherberge
