A great small hotel close to everything or at least within reach by the subway that have an entrance across the street. If anything there was a sent of mold in my room, I survived but this is the only thing that reduce the cleanlyness score for me. Apart from that it was a great stay!

Good location, easy to get to many attractions. They provide welcoming drinks, bath salts and skincare samples for free. I couldn’t get a chance to try their shuttle bus service as it was full.

The room was fine and cleaning staff were very good. The reason for the poor review is that I was trapped in an elevator that malfunctioned. I used the emergency phone in the elevator to call the command center and they had to dispatch an elevator technician to come. They said I would have to wait an hour and a half for the tech to arrive. I asked the dispatcher to contact the fire department to see if they could arrive sooner. The did and the fire department came to the rescue The hotel staff took along time to even come to the elevator to inform me that the fire department was dispatched. I was trapped for more than a half hour. To add insult to injury the hotel offered to add points to my Bonvoy account. In the end they provided a small credit to me bill upon checkout. This is not how a quality hotel chain should treat their customers.

Room was clean. Check in process was quick and easy.

Went for a family weekend getaway. Overall, decent experience, but have experienced better at the price point. Pros: Large estate, plenty of space and things to do. We tried fishing and archery, tried the in house restaurant and pool/spa area. Close enough to London and within driving distance. Good breakfast spread with fresh ingredients and high quality food, though on a lower ground floor and pretty dark. Generally pleasant service overall, especially the Malaysian and Indonesian staff worth noting positively. Some remembered the guest names which was a nice touch. We were given an upgrade of multiple levels to a suite level room, which was nice but facing the rear of the hotel facing dumpsters and storage areas. Could be better: The kids activities were overpriced for what was on offer. 45 min archery lesson for 150GBP (and 300 GBP for two kids) didn’t strike me as particularly value for money. For the fishing experience they give you a lift in a fancy Land Rover Defender, but then drop you off a 100m short of the lake where guests are then left to wade though the ankle deep mud on their own. What’s the purpose of the Land Rover then, for show? Not impressed. Room service was a mixed bag. Food arrived a bit cold, requested bread basket was missing, and portions generally small. Family time slots at the pool and spa area are quite restrictive. Lots of towels and bathrobes left lying around. Their reservations (call centre?) was cumbersome to deal with, asking a lot of scripted questions and taking a long time to get to the point when I am ready to book. Then put me on long hold and eventually hung up on me. Booking was neither a pleasant nor an efficient experience, so I went via American Express instead. Lost margin for the hotel I would assume. Whilst the hotel generally presents itself well, at the price point it is not as good as nearby Coworth Park, the Fairmont or Heckfield Place - where common areas are in better condition and service to a higher standard and with more attention to detail. Especially Heckfield feels like it’s in a league above.

Great stay. Hotel and room were spotless and great location.

I WALKED IN TO REGISTER AND THE GIRL TOOK MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME! . THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL, BATHROOM EVEN SMALLER, NOT AS CLEAN AS IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES THEY HAVE ONLINE. LOCATION IS EXCELENT, THE VIEW IS AWESOME.

La habitacion 301 que fue donde me asignaron la televisión nunca funcionó el control remoto lo reporte 2 veces y nunca la repararon, la manija del agua caliente de la regadera estaba floja y nunca la cambiaron me hospede 2 noches y en la segunda no me resurtieron ni jabon ni papel de ba?o

Останавливались в отеле и даже продлевали проживание. Отель хороший, с отличным завтраком) номер у нас был улучшенной категории. Всё новое, только что после ремонта. Площадь номера большая, есть балкон. В номере имеется холодильник. Одго из преимуществ - бассейн. Рекомендуем.
