Hotel is family run and they certainly know how to make you feel at home. Angela is a gem.

Chegar à Herdade da Malhadinha Nova para beber um café e conhecer o espa?o e embater com funcionários que n?o nos servem porque n?o somos hóspedes isto depois de anteriormente outro funcionário ter dito que nos iria servir cafés. Tudo caríssimo , sobranceiro, pedamte e artificial.

El área del gimnasio estaba sucia con polvo, anuncié que ocuparía el gimnasio y no fueron a prender las máquinas. el mingitorio estaba sucio. La atención en el aréa de alberca fue escasa. De lo demás estuvo muy tranquila la estancia, sin ruido y las personas fueron muy amables

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Südtirol und in diesem Hotel – und bereits ab der ersten Sekunde begeistert. Besonders das stilvolle Ambiente und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft sind uns sofort positiv aufgefallen. Da unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft noch nicht fertig war, wurden wir freundlicherweise auf ein Getr?nk an der Hotelbar eingeladen. Unser Zimmer war anschlie?end sehr sch?n, gro?zügig und ?u?erst komfortabel. Der Wellnessbereich mit seinem traumhaften Ausblick war einfach unbezahlbar. Auch das Abendessen war hervorragend, und die Freundlichkeit unseres Kellners machte den Abend zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und k?nnen dieses Hotel w?rmstens weiterempfehlen.

Everything was OK except some of SERVICE was not good. One of SERVICE water bottle no provide.

The hotel is a little tricky to get to but once you’re there it’s excellent. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve had as a comp breakfast. Also Jacks Stacks next door is very good bbq. Really nice hotel and would stay again!

This hotel is well located near the historic center and Metro and bus stations. It is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that people kept talking loud way after midnight in the courtyard below our bedroom one of the nights. It prevented us from sleeping well.

Leider hat das Haus als 5 Sterne Superior Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Professionelle Freundlichkeit stand über ehrlicher Gastfreundschaft.

Great spot! Rooms were clean and the grounds were excellent

The location is excellent, exactly as you see it in the different photos and videos. Breathing in the sea air with waves breaking only a few meters away. It is a luxury environment with everything you need at your doorstep. The accommodation was private, serviced and I could spend all my time I had in my suite because of the well thought-through luxury layout, service and convenience. A lovely breakfast was part of my chosen package and I could not wish for more to complete my unforgettable stay in the Platinum Seaview Suite. The absolute perfect place to find myself again. I will definitely visit again soon. Liana
