I have been trying to get in touch with **********. I did not stay at the Holiday Inn. They had a fire the day before and told me to contact ********* for a refund. I stayed at Comfort Suites, Dania Beach. The day I returned home I called Hotels and was on hold. They took my number and said they would call me back. I dd not get a call back. I've been catching up on business but I would like a refund please! Thank you. I said it was terrible to get your attention.

I highly recommend this hotel, the service is second to none, the food and drink were great and the location and atmosphere was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m sure me and my partner will return here again in the summer

Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was okay. The hotwater was very slow running due to the shower head being electric (on demand hot water)
