Lovely, newer hotel within walking distance of downtown. Beautiful view of Lake FLower.

Excellent and comfortable stay. Close to campus and dining and shopping options.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. We didn’t spend much time there, but the property was nice.

The room was very clean and they always have a decent breakfast. The bed/linens were so comfortable. Even though it looked like a weeding was going on downstairs it was very quiet!

Clean room. Clean bed. Breakfast was really good. Fresh and the attendant made sure everything was fully stocked. We would be happy to stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, the breakfast was the best American hotel breakfast I have ever had, and the woman who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing location, amenities, rooms, authentic Coorg good, kindest staff I have ever come across. This is the best place to visit, stay and experience!! Vishwanath Belliappa

Messed up my anniversary trip. Waste of money to celebrate 21 years but was let down over and over. Rained in lobbies, they canceled our dinner reservations and our moon light dinner. Didn't decorate room toll last night. It smelled like sewage on our hotel side. So much to complain about and wish it was better cause overall waste of money. Need a free or discounted compensation

Welcoming, clean, close proximity to everything we were looking to do. Friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Nice comfortable mattress. Quiet for us.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful inside and out. And, the hosts were absolutely wonderful and went way above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I will definitely return, but for at least a week or two next time!
