离大宫西口（新干线口）步行约10分钟的距离，楼下有24小时药妆店，7-11，对面有罗森。西口虽不及东口热闹，但车站旁还是有一些居酒屋的！

I really want to give this place a better rating. It has nice peace to it in the garden area in the middle of a busy city, the pool was great and the front yard area is actually quite beautiful. The problem we run into is, unfortunately this Hotel is literally about 10-20 feet from the city train tracks. So, if you are okay with getting woken up at least twice a night from a train passing that literally blares it's horn for 10 min non stop as it passes then be my guest. For me once was enough and I will be going to other locations in the future. The room was really nice but the toilet in our room had some issue where the water would slowly leak out of the seal from the top portion to the bottom portion so about avery 30 min to an hour you would here the toilet start going off as if someone had flushed it because the water was slowly draining out of the top. Let me tell you, that will also definitely help your sleep. Anyway that was my experience, not to amazing.

Staff and service were extremely disappointing. I could give 5 or 6 specific examples but there isn’t enough room. We were provided one bath towel in the room and never received another one despite requesting additional towels. There was literally one server on SuperBowl Sunday so it was impossible to eat, drink, or watch the game in the bar. Upon departure no one asked us how our stay was…which I guess was for the best since it was not good. This place is horribly managed…I would highly recommend you stay anywhere else if you are planning on visiting Singer Island which is beautiful.

Muy buen hotel , localización estratégica , limpio y sobre todo el personal muy amable. El chico que nos recibió (recepción)muy educado y amable y la chica también. Volvería nuevamente sin dudarlo .

The food was not fresh the Sunday we arrived! Probably leftover?? So bad We got diarrhea after that! But after we talked with the manager and chef they started to cook better fresh food everyday. Also we wanted to go for a bicycle ride and the two bicycles were not working at all! They took it to fix it after We tried without succès! They should put more attention at those details. And don’t offer something that it does not work properly!

Very good, the staff are helpful, checkin process is fast, hotel and room are clean, breakfast are good, surely will back again

Wonderful place that is budget friendly and the staff were very welcoming. We were welcomed to a nice maasai dance. The food was super-delicious especially the meat! They also had vegetarian options as well. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and the highlight of our stay was being able to spot a male elephant from the watchtower. Apparently near the river used to be an elephant breeding grounds so they come there quite often.

Really nice location at the beach! And great amenities and restaurant!

Good location for going to Heraklion Bus station. I Don't understand the structure of shower room with bed. Hard to understand what make here five stars. Breakfast is not buffet type. Pizza shop make breakfasts. But reasonable price at off season. It makes everything understandable and very kind and good, warm staffs too.
