チャンナイ国际空港から14kmと多少离れてますが、金曜日の19时くらいだったためずっと渋滞にはまりかなり时间がかかりました。ホテル周りはそんなわけで何があるのかわかりませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフに教えてもらいATMが隣りにあり便利なことだけはわかりました。あとはルームサービスで夕食、朝はホテルレストランで。バタバタした１泊でした。ただ分かったことは、建物や部屋はまったく不満なし、そしてホテルスタッフがとても感じがよく优秀なこと。若きマネージャーのSujinさんが率いるスタッフは本当に気持ちがよいサービスを提供してくれます。おすすめのホテルです。

The hotel staff were very friendly.since I stayed in a room with a private bathroom sharing it with other guests was a bit inconvenient, but the bathroom was clean and odor-free. Overall,it was quite good.the biggest problem was finding parking. Many parking spaces were private and couldn't be used overnight. Walking back to the hotel was also quite far, especially since we were driving a large vehicle. Finding parking was a real hassle.

Fijn hotel mooie kamer uitstekend ontbijt

The staff was amazingly helpful, being English speaking was a terrific bonus. The room was adorable with outside balconies. They personally greeted me when I arrived. Room was clean and pretty. I would stay here again!

We reserved a king suite and they gave us a king room. They said there was only one king suite and another couple checked in before we did so they got it. When asked if we could be compensated, they said no and blamed third party booking for over booking the reservation and charging too little for the suite. Additionally, the room description said there was a coffee maker and microwave; there was not. The shower only had body wash and shampoo, but no conditioner.

We recently stayed at Nobby’s Beach Holiday Village and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were allocated a tent site directly beside the bins without prior notice, which caused issues immediately. When I tried to call the office to discuss the tent location and seek assistance, my call was not returned. There were ongoing disturbances throughout our stay, including cars driving in and out of the park throughout the night on both nights we stayed, which made it very difficult to sleep. Noise late at night, repeated disruptions, and unsafe behaviour in the pool area meant my children did not feel comfortable or safe using the facilities. As a result, they were unable to enjoy key amenities during our stay. I made multiple attempts to contact management during and after our stay, including phone calls, a website feedback submission, and email, but received no response. What was meant to be a relaxing end to the holidays turned into a stressful and exhausting experience, and the lack of follow-up has been equally disappointing.

Consistency is key for me. Clean functional very convenient location next to station, minutes from Aeon Shopping mall, and 7-11 round the corner. Staff are professional and polite. Free welcome drinks between 6-8pm.
