Room was fine, didn’t quite look like the pictures. Not much kitchen equipment- you wouldn’t be able to cook a meal. Room is not made up in the usual sense when you stay in a hotel. Decent location & staff were helpful when needed. Nice overall.

Stayed on Monday night and bar was absolutely buzzing. Joined in the quiz which was great fun! All the staff and locals were really friendly. Food was great and good value too. We had a lovely room, beautifully decorated, a good size and a walk in shower in the bathroom. Very quiet and so we both had a good night's sleep. Will definitely go back!

Very good location which near the Fes train station and 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest shopping mall. Free football live streaming with big TV inside the hotel that’s very fit for football lovers. Food quality is nice at the restaurant with reasonable price. A good hotel choice for budget travellers.

The room was in good repair except for the window coverings. I think it is time for drapes like all the other apartments.

Super Hotel ??

Disappointed with our stay, and lack of action from management to control other guests who made excessive noice until around 5.30am. No one answered the after hours phone. Other guests had to deal with the abuse from the people causing the disturbance - I hope you refund their room. There is no way onsite management did not hear the disruption - it was like a night club.

I'd like to share my review, as this isn't my first time on this wonderful and private island. Our butler, Evgenia, is the person who makes every vacation unforgettable. Her care, attentiveness, and genuine attitude toward guests were palpable every day. She was always there when needed and anticipated our needs. The hotel is of a high standard, with restaurants of the highest quality. Complete privacy. We've vacationed in many places, but Nalada offers the best experience and the best value for money. Thank you for the warmth, support, and cozy atmosphere. It's staff like this that create the magic of a vacation.

Big room and very helpful front staff.about 10 minutes walk to train station.

We had horrible weather so we spent a lot of time trapped in the resort itself. Without the opportunity to dive or snorkel, there wasn’t much to do. However, the staff was real friendly and they hustled to help when we had a couple breaks in the weather to help us enjoy the beach. The food was okay but we went there for the experience and not the food. The experience was worth it. There were quite a few guests who stayed for 3 months which told us that the place is worth the commitment. The room was spotless and we were happy with the daily housekeeping.
