Room 14 was great for spirit activity as well as the rest of the property! Highly recommend ghost hunters to explore the inn. Food at their Larick’s tavern was delish!! Overall service and staff were knowledgeable and friendly! We had a great experience for our anniversary!

Great service i stayed at the travellodge for 6 days. Fantastic service from all staff at the travelodge. Ive had bad service from another travelodge hotel so came here for the remainder of my time in stafford. I was worried due to how I had been treated at a previous travel lodge in stafford but honestly I can not fault anyone ive came across here. The service has been brilliant. All staff are polite and helpful. I brought a cat along with me at my stay and everyone loved her. I booked a family room which was big and spacious. Clean and tidy. There is enough storage in the rooms. Id met a few staff whilst I was there all of who were helpful and caring. I had met kelly, Keith (the manager) and a few of the other staff (i carnt remember there names unfortunately) The bathroom is a good size and clean. The bathroom had a shower over a bath so you could soak in the bath if you wanted too. Its a great place to stay for the night or even for longer stays too and they accept pets which is a bonus when you dont want to leave your pet at home. Next door to the travelodge is the services which has plenty of places to get food and drink but in the reception of the travelodge then there is a vending machine with snacks and drinks in. The only downsides I would say is there is no plug sockets close to the bed however I asked one of the women on reception for an extention lead which was provided no issues at all. The lighting could do with abit of an upgrade as the rooms arent that bright however I was on the ground floor and did have my curtains closed because of this. The other thing i would say is that sadly there isnt many accessible rooms as some other travelodges. i dont think as I tried to book an accessible room and none were available. Another thing I would also say is if you do struggle with stairs then upon getting to reception if you ask for a ground floor room then they will do everything they can to accommodate a ground floor room for you as they have no lift. I would overall say for the price it is a great hotel that I would fully reccomend. Other hotels are more expensive however the service you are provided is shocking at other hotels however this hotel is lower priced and brilliant.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very good, always checking to see if everything was OK. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices. Would definitely recommend as it is in a great location.

Clean and vey spacious room. It gets well cleaned every day with new towels and sheets. Tje pool is very nice - we spent time on it every day. Would totally recommend!

They are always working, cleaning, courteous and go beyond to help with any needs. Danielle, greeted, and helped throughout our stay. We come through once or twice a year, and we just found our new stop!

Mooi Dorp vlak bij zee. We hebben een heerlijke zonnige dag gehad. Dan is vaak alles mooi en prima. We verbleven hier 1 nacht. Mooie grote kamer. Alleen jammer dat er ook honden mee mogen. Savond echt 2 uur naar een jankende hond liggen luisteren. De matrassen waren super zacht je valt er echt in. Ontbijt was echt heerlijk...vooral de Crossants ??

Spent ages outside the car park entrance to be let in. We then came to check in no member of staff to be found, reception was unmanned, I wandered around in the down stairs area and eventually found a member of staff, the self check in machines were broken. The man checking in the lady before us had only just started working there so wasn’t sure on much. And when it was my turn to check in he swapped with lady who had her coat on, she must have been finishing her shift. She wasn’t very informative I had to ask to where to pay my car park and also ask about breakfast and dinner times. Our room was spotless, bed was very comfy as were the pillows. It was a perfect location for us also. About a 10-15 minute walk to Bournemouth pier. Ubers are easy to get also. We arrived for breakfast the next day and there were only 3 members of staff one was checking people into B.fast another was clearing tables and also manning reception and the chef in the kitchen. When I went to go and get some butter I noticed a gentleman taking bread with his hands and not using the tongs provided the member of staff saw this and didn’t say anything to the man. Items needed replenishing & this wasn’t getting done, it was nowhere near end of the breakfast time and people were still arriving to eat when there wasn’t much food left out. The cleaner on floor 1 looked like she didn’t want to be there, she just looked at me when I walked past, no hello or even a smile. We enjoyed our time in Bournemouth but found this premier inn to have limited staff, they seemed to be taking on a lot of responsibility. Again when we checked out no members of staff in reception as she was manning the breakfast area and trying to do reception at the same time. And when we tried to get into the car park we were waiting a while for the automatic doors to be unlocked. I love a premier inn, but unfortunately I didn’t love this one.
