This is our 4th time staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. The service has significantly improved over previous stays and we would rank it 9/10. The updated rooms are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The food however for a hotel of this level could be significantly improved except for the Sands and Tomahawk restaurants. Also be prepared to 50+ burgers and a significant price tag for all food.

First night room noisy but they moved us to the back for the second night. Decent breakfast buffet (Mexican oriented though)

El hotel es muy bonito, es muy amable el personal. Solamente tuve el inconveniente de que no registraron mi desayuno (el cual pagué en la aplicación también) pero se puedo aclarar al final

The Marcela is a gem, it’s a beautiful place to spend several days enjoying PV. Easy walk to town to enjoy the hustle and bustle and then escape back to the super friendly staff, delicious food and drinks and great pool. The rooms themselves are beautiful decorated with traditionally Mexican decor, clean and comfortable. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but that is our only complaint, the Marcela was a wonderful place to spend 10 days with our family. We would definitely stay again.

Mis dijeron al llegar el sábado que no tenían Room service ese día a pesar de que lo anuncian. El domingo si nos tomaron pedido y tardaron más de una hora en llegar unos huevos y dos jugos.

Perfect location, nice big room, nice roof bar, good service. Only too noisy during nighttime, hard to sleep.

El personal es amable, las habitaciones están limpias y mi preferencia por este hotel es la ubicación, está ubicado en una zona muy accesible, rodeado de centros comerciales; enfrente se encuentra una plaza con Oxxo, farmacia, Starbucks y bancos.
