The design of the hotel is absolutely incredible! From the two rooftop pools one on level nine and one on level two, the spectacular views, and the modern minimalist Mexican architecture, definitely somewhere I'll be staying again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta!

bare basics in the room. 1 dirty old chair; 1 face cloth for 2 people. An alcove, which was the closet had a wooden stand in the back that was meant to put some clothes on, but required you to climb into the alcove with a flash-light to see where and what you stacked. 4 plastic coat hangers, of which one was taped together. No stink stopper, so it was impossible to do a bit of laundry. Suitcases had to lay on the floor. No fitted sheet on the bottom of the bed. Except for one person behind the desk, no one ever greeted you or was forth-coming if you asked anything. The worse thing was that there was a blockade of the road to the airport on our day of departure and we found out by accident. Other travelers at the airport had been sought out and warned beforehand by their hotel staff so that they could adjust their travel schedules. We asked to see an empty junior suite and were denied that. The one pool was in the lobby and adjacent to the check in desk and no-one therefor used it. Several days the small plunge pool on the rooftop was full of guests holding large bottles of hard liquor, which they mixed and drank while standing in the pool and while singing out loud. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean. That was the only redeeming quality, and the location.

酒店位置方便，机场Uber过来60澳元，机场大巴离得也不远，出门就可以坐免费公交去市中心，其实走路也不是很远。酒店倚河而建，景色也不错

Room was spotless . The servers and cleaners were excellent. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. The ocean view room was incredible. Staff are so friendly. Every meal was delicious. Would definitely come back! Also loved the luxury rooftop pool for VIP guests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Room was very clean, comfortable sleep, but some of the lights did not work, and a spoon was missing for the tea/coffee facilities. Number 37 had a broken toilet. Overall clean and breakfast was lovely
