The staff was very friendly at front desk and at the bar. Mean while when our hotel room door was NOT shut all the way after house keeping was finished.

Excelente servicio, súper limpio con un restaurante con un menú muy deliciosos y una vista hermosa hacia la pe?a de Bernal , lo recomiendo 100% excelente ubicación.

Todo estubo muy bien excepto por las facturas te contestan cuando quieren y te entregan ya pasado el tiempo de facturación.

Hotel quite old. Some furniture broke. Breakfast is okay.
