Rooms are very worn out. Outside pool temp too cold. Lifts were not working correctly Booked through wow stay which I would label as the jet star of accomodation- charge you extra for towels and only provide 4 for the duration of the stay with 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir haben das kleinste Zimmer gebucht und es war komfortabel und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, vor allem die Bettdecke & das Kissen. Das Bad war auch tiptop. Das Bild vor dem Fenster im Bad ist geschmackssache :-). Das Frühstück war sensationell! Der einzige Kritikpunkt den wir haben, ist dass das WLAN nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht hat und das Netz im Zimmer nicht besonders stark war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great place! Is the center of the city. Windows are almost sound proof that is amazing! Breakfast was very good. There were tea and coffee, orange juice (too watery); spicy tuna sandwiches, rise, some pasta, bread, little potato pies, fried eggs, roti All very good. Wifi was working well Downstairs was a room to store your bags.

This isn’t a hotel. It’s an HMO, AirBnB style place. No reception or staff on sight. We managed to get into the hall through a coded security lock, and the key was supposed to in a lockbox in the hall. There was no key in the lockbox. Despite trying to call the number listed as ‘reception‘ on the check in email (a mobile number) around 20 times, there was no answer. I tried the other 2 numbers listed on the check in email. No answer. Having visited London for a gig, and not having time to hang around trying to fix the situation, we the. Had to attend the gig with all of our luggage, and book a last minute hotel elsewhere at an increased rate. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not a hotel.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful with information. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The motel is ideally placed in the centre of the main street of Hahndorf which is most attractive with it's boutique shops and cafes. I would definitely stay there again.

Unhappy staff who refuse to give service at the hotel bar. You need to go out for food and drink. Shocking . Apart from 1 staff member the others just don't seem to want to be there .

I STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT FROM FEB 6 TO 7 AND FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT AND EVEN ORDERING ROOM SERVICE ALL WAS GREAT AND I WILL DEFINITELY GOING TO BOOK AGAIN.
