Very easy to deal with and friendly staff, clean room with comfy bed and good shower!

房间很好很乾净也很安静，工作人员，服务态度都很好酒店离地铁很近到哪里都很方便，这次五一假期玩的很愉快

Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place.

La estadía tuvo sus puntos positivos como la atención del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones, el desayuno muy rico, las camas cómodas, limpias y con ropa de cama de algodón. Los puntos negativos es que no había servicio de luz, la habitación a obscuras, no había agua caliente, no funcionaba el jacuzzi y no podíamos cargar nuestros electrónicos en la habitación. Lo que hizo un poco compleja nuestra estadía. No sé si sea algo recurrente.

Pris - kvalitet: ok Kedelig morgenmad og sv?rt at finde bord, for lidt med tjener til at rydde og fylde op. Parkering ikke mulig, s? du skal finde et sted i byen og sikkert betale parkometer. Meget serviceminded reception. Meget sen indcheckning og tidlig udcheckning. Bruges af grupper. Meget lydt. God restaurant. God placering i byen. Bruseren var g?et i stykker. Wifi ok.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff. A little difficult to find, but so pleased we persisted!

Personnel professionnel et le sourire à l’accueil. La chambre est exigu? , la salle de bain très petite , carreaux blancs comme à l’h?pital, toilettes avec porte papier qui vous gêne quand vous êtes assis… !! Déco chambre: bof! Bonne literie , TV avec Canal, un +! Très bon petit dej. La prochaine fois , j’essaierai un autre h?tel car la SDB et la talle de la chambre ne sont pas du niveau d’un IBIS. Restauration à proximité , un + Dé?u

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel, un établissement véritablement haut de gamme où tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Le cadre est magnifique, élégant et parfaitement entretenu, mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la qualité du service, digne des plus grandes maisons. Un immense merci à Benjamin, Nadège et Laure, qui ont été absolument remarquables tout au long du séjour. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur sens du service sont tout simplement exemplaires. Toujours attentifs, souriants et d’une grande compétence, ils ont su anticiper chaque besoin avec discrétion et efficacité. Il est rare aujourd’hui de rencontrer une équipe aussi investie dans le bien-être de ses clients. Grace à eux, l’expérience a été bien au-delà de nos attentes. Une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation pour tous ceux qui recherchent un service d’exception et une expérience réellement raffinée.
