My room is fine and clean the tea and coffee are filled up. My room was warm. The location of the hotel is fine as it is quiet. I would like to mention a member of staff on reception called Zeph, this person every week for the last year six days a week has made sure that my day is pleasant. She is very welcoming and smiles is polite and is here to help us. I have stayed at this hotel for the last three years and seen many members of staff. None are as good as Zeph. Thanks Scott
