Loved the laid-back atmosphere. It feels more like a cozy beach residence than a busy hotel, which made the stay much more relaxing.

The staff were so friendly. They absolutely make our trip much more pleasant

There was bugs crawling under the door so we put a towel across the bottom of the door. The refrigerator was not working properly. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. A lump in the bed was not comfortable. When we called them twice the phone was all static and not working. The room wasn’t great but a great location. Oh and to get a lounge chair was impossible. People putting towels on chairs that nobody was sitting on.

The heater didn’t work in our first room, the elevator was broken. Noisy very early in the morning and we had to ask for the dirty area rugs to be taken out of our room. We called Dow the next morning the the manager and he said he would refund our money. Then we were never refunded!

The room was clean and in good shape. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for what we needed

Rooms to small and ill equipped. Staff can be terrible depending on who is working

The room was dirty, and the front desk and breakfast staff are rude. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are super friendly.
