By the time I reached the hotel, it was already quite late, but the front desk was still open, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the location was strategic as well.

Nice hotel but not good view to the beach most what i see is swimming pool. It’s far from the restaurants and coffee places around 20 min walk

Staff were difficult to deal with as nobody at reception, only a phone number. Had an issue with myself and a colleague’s reservation being confused and swapped around.
Otherwise hotel was nice.

The hotel is only 2 years old! It is the best Novotel I have ever stayed among the brand in APAC and Europe.

The breakfast was more than fine and the spa is really good. Large gym and sauna. The staff is nice. The room and the hotel itself are pretty old.

Nice rooms but our shower had no cold water & was far too hot to use. Restaurant very mixed! Set menu at €55 (3 courses) but strange choices & a steak agged €25. My iberican pork dish was almost inedible although my wife's 'supreme de volaille' was excellent. Wine list very comprehensive bit totally overpriced. A miniumum cost for 2 for dinner with a basic bottle of wine is over €200 & not worth it. Generally 'over engineered dishes, very pretty but not that tasty not worth the price. Shame, used to be a really good stopover!
