Everything was very clean. The only thing- they were very strict about the 10pm quiet,, it was a bummer because there was no where else to hang out together in a communal area. It would have been nice if the lounge area could have been off to the side somewhere. Anyway, everything else was great!

No hot water. This was a work trip and had to take cold showers the first 2 mornings I was here. They waved the resort fee but I honestly don’t think that makes up for me paying $400 a night, I expect better at that price. People got stuck in the elevator so my boss couldn’t access her room for about an hour. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Food was good at restaurant. Unfortunately my company will not be staying here again.

SAUNA NOT WORKING!! Really disappointed that this hotel has turned the sauna off and have not informed Crystal or Or Iglu tour operators, or their customers of this. They’ve kept this secret. I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a working sauna. Really disappointed and annoyed. On the plus side, the food is good and the beds are comfortable

Apartment was well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean, good breakfast, Duty Manager ver helpful. Great location, short walk to buses and subway.

Staying at Ginger Hotel Mangalore was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both business and leisure travelers. The location made it easy to access key areas of the city, which added to the overall convenience. The food was genuinely impressive, offering a good variety of fresh and flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. A special mention goes to Abhishek and Akshatha his team for their warm hospitality and prompt service. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring every request was handled efficiently. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced the stay, making it memorable and stress-free. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Ottima vacanza, hotel bello e pulito, bagno nuovo, buon cibo personale di sala gentile e ottimi i gestori, consigliatissimo. Unico neo le campane della chiesa che alle sette ti fanno sobbalzare dal letto, ma i gestori non possono farci nulla.

Shower weak, poor surroundings, poor service

Staff was great. Location great. Cleanliness great. Amenities great. Only reason for the average rating is how old the rooms are. Desperately need updating.

Ein wundersch?nes Hotel in bester Lage . Wir wurden super nett und freundlich empfangen . Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die zimmer sind einfach zum wohlfühlen und genie?en, im Restaurant gibt es sehr leckere Speisen und der Hauswein ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden jeder zeit wieder eine Reise dorthin machen, selbst mit Hund ist man dort immer sehr willkommen .
