Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place. Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this. Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’

Waren nach 10 Jahren wieder im GesundZeitResort. Die Anlage ist in hervorragendem Zustand, man sieht kaum Alterserscheinungen. Auf Sauberkeit wird gr??ten Wert gelegt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und vielf?ltig. Die Darreichung erfolgt sowohl zum Frühstück wie zum Abendessen in Buffetform - mit alles damit verbunden Vor- und Nachteilen. Ausbauf?hig ist die gastronomische Qualit?t des Servicepersonals. Beispiele: -einfach nur die bestellte Weinflasche in den Kühler stellen, den Gast nicht probieren lassen, nicht ein- und nachzuschenken ist unprofessionell -man wird nicht mit Namen, sondern als Zimmernummer angesprochen. (?Sind Sie die 104?“) Dies sollte dringend ge?ndert werden. -mit Abr?umtellern in beiden H?nden führte eine Servicekraft uns zu unserem Tisch

Check in, over powering smell, no hear in the coldest week. Not worth it. Good location I guess is all.

Everything was great. Not to happy to have to pay $30 a day for a fold out bed when the room advertised it sleep 3 people but only had one bed.

Radiator wouldn’t turn down and due to being in the annex had to walk to reception to ask for it to be turned down as phone didn’t work in room. On arrival laundry was all over floor in entrance to annexe

The room was comfortable and nicely presented, with good amenities and a cozy atmosphere. However, if you are staying on Level 1, be aware that there can be some noise from passing cars, especially during busy traffic times. Light sleepers may want to request a higher floor.

Big thanks to the gentleman on the reception desk who was kind enough to help me search for my phone late last night. Phone was found. All was well. But the young man left a very good impression of the Hotel in my mind. Please thank him.

性价比超高，房间很大，也很干净，早餐品种虽然不算多，但是味道很不错。出门逛街也非常近，停车场较小，总体非常推荐

Room was okay based on the price, creepy floor boards and not enough sound insulation between rooms - next door had a great night.
