Wir waren im Rahmen einer Rundreise in dieser Lodge. W?hrend in anderen Lodges ein komplettes Menü inklusive war, teilte man uns hier w?hrend des Essens mit, dass das Dessert separat zu bezahlen w?re. Das Buffett wurde abger?umt, w?hrend noch gegessen wurde und um 19.52 Uhr wurde das Spirituosen Angebot der Bar geschlossen. Nix Absacker, Schade, solche Kleinigkeiten machen ein ansonsten gutes Angebot kaputt.

Easy check in and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. Ski shuttle was a great addition to our stay.

Somewhat expensive for what it is but the front desk staff were great. Walkable to the old Town. On a busy, noisy road if that is a concern. Modern refurbishment throughout.

Kamar cukup luas, bersih, dan nyaman dengan jendela besar yang menjadi nilai plus—terutama kamar dengan view teluk atau pegunungan. Tempat tidur empuk dan kamar mandi umumnya bersih serta terawat, meski di beberapa tipe kamar furnitur sudah mulai terlihat klasik (bukan baru, tapi masih nyaman).
Staf dikenal ramah dan responsif. Proses check-in/check-out relatif cepat. Breakfast cukup variatif: menu Indonesia, beberapa western, dan pilihan lokal Papua. Untuk hotel di Jayapura, kualitas sarapan termasuk baik dan cukup lengkap.

The room was very clean and to our surprise, we were immediately greeted with staff to help bring in our bags when we got off our Uber. The staff was so kind, provided us tokens for free drinks between 5:30-7pm, and gave us recommendations for food. Barbara was wonderful!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Awful little weekend break, the rooms were far too hot, to the point we couldn’t sleep properly, sweating, we had the cleaner knock on our door way before check out invading our privacy. Spoke to reception about the heat she said there’s nothing they can do because the heat is centralised. Very poor! Ruined our stay!
