A very good stay at Mirage.. I must specially thanks to mr. Aloka front office who helped me a lot with my last minute. reservation

Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was clean and ready. Cons: Not enough towels and washcloths in bathroom. Free breakfast is what you’d expect. Hotel’s ridiculously close proximity to I-85 makes sleeping in a front-facing room nearly impossible unless you’re a very heavy sleeper or you have difficulty hearing. Tile work being done in hallway directly outside our room until 9:30 at night. Tiling tools and supply mess all over the hallway.

房间设施一应俱全，有洗衣机烘衣机，厨房有微波炉烤箱电热炉餐具等等，方便自己煮，早餐自理可省下不少餐费，电梯速度很快，只是震动声音稍大

Il mio soggiorno al Diamant è stato semplicemente eccellente. Fin dal primo momento sono stata accolta con grande professionalità e gentilezza, un’attenzione che ha reso l’intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. La spa è un vero gioiello: curata, rilassante e dotata di tutti i comfort per rigenerarsi completamente. Ogni dettaglio, dai servizi alla pulizia, è stato impeccabile. Una vacanza super, che consiglio a chiunque cerchi qualità, relax e un’accoglienza davvero speciale. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Grazie!

The location is great, but this is not a 4 star hotel. We didn’t have towels at check in, when they brought them, they were very old and tarnished. The rooms are extremely hot, we were with small baby and we had to open the window to cool the room constantly as it was 28’ during the winter, despite the AC being set at 20’. The breakfast was the poorest quality we’ve even had in Turkey. There is nothing but olives and bread that is enable. The restaurant was not working in the evenings, but judging by the breakfast we did miss much.

The room was spotless. Staff were so pleasant - every single person I came in contact with. The food was far better than I expected, for a resort, so good I would rate it a 5 stars - extremely flavorful, l felt as though I was eating a a great home-cooked meal at a relatives home. The property itself was well kept and very clean. I can't wait to return!!!
