Very nice hotel, all the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. The cooked breakfast was cooked fresh, we had one evening meal which was very nice. The only downside was that the Spa was being renovated, I would definitely use this hotel again.

Better can be done to maintain the condition of the resort, updates needed, the staff good.

It was a lovely setting but you do not see much wildlife. I think with all the tents etc they have moved further away. The tents were well equipped - we can all live without a TV but think they should have a fridge. Recommend you book breakfast and dinner as well worth it - food was of a fine dining class - but they need to offer more choice. They did take this on board as we stayed three nights - so thank you for the lovely lamb meal. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive and it was a lovely stay.

Uma estadia verdadeiramente especial, por ocasi?o do aniversário da minha esposa. Check-in caloroso e eficiente com a Eloísa e a Kat — o tom certo desde o primeiro momento. Toda a equipa de restaurante, no pequeno-almo?o e no jantar, revelou forma??o sólida, simpatia genuína e uma presen?a discreta que raramente se encontra. O colaborador do servi?o de vinhos foi um destaque absoluto — técnica fluida e elegante, de outro nível. A cozinha operou muito bem. Dois apontamentos: a viennoiserie e o p?o ficaram aquém do restante produto, e o arroz de coentros estava bastante picante. O Kids Club, os mimos (chapéu de praia, kit de dormir, turn down impecável) e a limpeza de todas as áreas completam uma opera??o de excelência. A piscina infelizmente ficou por aproveitar — o tempo n?o ajudou. Motivo para regressar. Parabéns à dire??o pela equipa que construíram.
