The room was wonderful. The staff very welcoming and professional. They were all very kind. The breakfast stood out as one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a long time. I would definitely stay again there. Don’t change! Oh the bed and pillows awesome. Very comfortable.

Good Location, good view but poor amenities in room

It was a nice hotel but just a bit far from the airports.

Front desk girls are so efficient as is concierge and door staff….. and housekeeping ! Nice and quiet , big comfy bed and pillows , beautiful pool area . Nice neighborhood and taxi’s are very affordable so the city is easy to access !

Best location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

Very comfortable room and bathroom! The breakfast was amazing also the persons working there. Everybody was so kind. I loved the hotel. They kept the good things about the building and at the same timethe room was so comfortable!
