La chambre était parfaite propre , très jolie décoration un vrai petit cocoon et il y avait de bouilloire machine à café petit chocolat et le petit déjeuner parfait de tout copieux et la dame qui sent occupe très gentille accueillante je le recommande

Très beau séjour! La propreté est impeccable ! Un petit détail : on s'attendait à une chambre plus grande par rapport à la vue de l'h?tel de l'extérieur.. Emplacement en pleine forêt, pour les amoureux de la nature, c'est parfait. Un espace fitness et Spa sympathique, mais hammam petit et sauna pas chaud..

The rooms are VERY poorly renovated. Im not sure who was responsable for the renovation but it appears to have been done by a 5 year old

酒店回复：Thank you very much for your review - I am unsure how you felt this when nothing was mentioned - I have just checked the room & some areas need to be re done from general wear/ tear. I can also see you booked an accessible room which is yet to be re done/ renovated to our new standard of rooms which we are slowly getting around to do. However, if you felt this room wasn’t upto standard we could of resolved this

Great hotel, pool wasn’t that warm when me and my partner stayed so it wasn’t that enjoyable. It was also quite small more of a lap pool than anything. Our fan above the shower was quite dusty they sent someone in the room to clean it when we left and they did. Claimed that the fans are cleaned weekly but I beg to differ. The room was quite small for the price as well our sink had to be closed almost the whole time because it stunk out the room so badly. Didn’t get that well or a view from our room either. Beds are comfy and feel good. Shower was great we didn’t have a bath in our room. Overall I wouldn’t spend that much for that room again cause it wasn’t that worth it

Soggiornare all’Hotel Hambros Il Parco in Villa Banchieri è molto più che dormire in una struttura elegante con uno staff gentile e professionale. Qui si respira un’umanità rara, resa ancora più speciale dalla presenza dei gatti che vivono nel parco e negli spazi dell’hotel. Non sono un dettaglio folcloristico, ma parte integrante dell’identità del luogo: gatti accolti, rispettati, protetti. In un mondo che spesso volta le spalle agli animali in difficoltà, trovare un hotel che sceglie di prendersene cura con così tanta sensibilità è qualcosa che commuove e resta nel cuore. La loro presenza dona calore, serenità e una sensazione di casa che va ben oltre qualsiasi comfort. Per questo motivo, per me l’Hotel Hambros Il Parco in Villa Banchieri non dovrebbe essere un quattro stelle, ma un sei stelle superior: perché le vere stelle sono quelle che brillano quando c’è attenzione, rispetto e amore per ogni forma di vita. 很不错的酒店，离米兰中央火车站仅步行4分钟，乾净衞生，服务态度好，租了一个带梳化床的房间，大小床之间有隔开

Rooms were spotless. Staff were amazing, friendly courteous and always willing to help. Recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for our dinner.

Wir hatten nur eine übernachtung im Arthotel, haben aber die sehr freundliche Atmosph?re wahrgenommen. So k?nnen wir das Hotel in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen..l. Sehr angenehm, dass - obwohl in der Altstadt von Heidelberg gelegen - eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel vorhanden war.
