Kerroin siit? heti vastaanottoon ja huoneeseen tuotiin hy?nteismyrkkypullo ja pistokkeeseen laitettava karkoitin. Kun viikossa olin saanut monia puremia huone vaihdettiin. He eiv?t kuulema l?yt?neet mit??n sy?p?l?isi? huoneesta. Mutta joka aamu oli uusia puremia. Huoneen vaihdon j?lkeen ongelma poistui. Pyysin heilt? hyvityst? k?rsimyksist?ni, ja 1 vrk hyvitettiin. Mielest?ni se oli aika v?h?n mutta enemp?? eiv?t hyvitt?neet. Muuten olimme tyytyv?isi?, sijainti on upea. Mutta oli v?lill? vaikeaa, hain apteekista allergial??kett?, kreemi? kutiseviin puremiin jne. En oikeastaan uskalla suositella muille.

Frigobar no funcional, regadera mal funcionamiento, , accesorios en mal estado pensé que me lo iban a cobrar pero les dejé saber y dijeron que no me preocupara, ofrecieron 1 bebida al reservar pero no la dieron , mentira no lo recomiendo

Easy location to get to by bus from the airport,a bit of walk into the town about 20 mins. Room was basic but served my purpose for a one night stay.

The room spotless and service excellent. The kitchen has everything we needed never disappointing

Struttura meravigliosa, piscina riscaldata e tenuta perfettamente. Camera top con letto immenso, parquet e arredamento bellissimi. Spa non grandissima, ma non manca nulla e con una professionalità altissima (massaggio top). Il personale alla reception in ingresso ok, in uscita avevano perso il prepagato e mi hanno chiesto il pagamento. Hanno dovuto fare ulteriore ricerca per poi rendersi conto dell’errore. Dopo il tempo perso ed il disagio con altri ospiti presenti, avrei utilizzato un gesto d’attenzione e di scuse. Avrebbero fatto un figurone…anche semplicemente offrendomi un caffè (che non avrei accettato) o non facendo pagare la consumazione in camera di 1,5€ (la bottiglietta d’acqua). Invece la sig.ra mi sembrava quasi risentita per un errore fatto da loro stessi. Una sciocchezza, ma sono le piccole cose che possono rendere la struttura anche superiore a quanto già è…

This is a fantastic hotel a stone throw away from the main ski lift. They keep high standards which is reflected throughout the hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly and the spa was a delight and never crowded. Our room was lovely and ergonomic. Will definitely come back

La colazione è super, il personale gentile, posto pulito accuratamente, posizione perfetta per visitare la città soggiornando in un luogo storico.

Welcoming lobby, wonderful smell to greet you as you enter. Staff were very polite. The bar inside the hotel was just what we needed to catch up with friends. Bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve ever taken at a hotel!
