The setting was beautiful and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. There was a barbeque and they were able to provide a box with plates, cutlery, chopping board and tongs - we bought some charcoal and meat and made the most of barbecuing overlooking the beautiful Elqui Valley! Staff were all really helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was also a lovely bonus.

A pousada é um verdadeiro refúgio, com aquele clima acolhedor que faz a gente se sentir em casa desde o primeiro instante. O som constante da cachoeira ao fundo completa a experiência — relaxante na medida certa, perfeito para desacelerar e esquecer do mundo lá fora. Os proprietários s?o de uma simpatia rara, sempre atenciosos e com um sorriso no rosto, tratando cada hóspede com carinho de amigo. A comida caseira é deliciosa, feita com cuidado e sabor de casa de vó — o café da manh? e o jantar foram, sem dúvida, pontos altos da estadia. Para quem quer paz, conforto e hospitalidade de verdade, é o lugar certo. Saímos agradecidos e com vontade de voltar.

Gran experiencia, es un espacio muy agradable para estar en familia además de ser petfriendly. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y cuenta con un personal muy amable y dispuestos a resolver todo tipo de dudas.

El hotel y las instalaciones muy bien. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La atención de recepción fue buena y amable y estaba bien ubicado hacia la playa. La piscina bien. Tiene billar, futbolin y mesa de pin pon de acceso libre. La pega: el desayuno deja mucho que desear. El café es de sobre, si quieres leche son 5soles adicionales, el huevo revuelto malo, pobre en frutas y tes...con poquita cosa podrían mejorarlo y que no sea tan cutre. Y la ducha no tenía agua caliente.

The best western carlton is a superb hotel to stay for one or two nights or more.the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom with super hot water is great.lie back and enjoy that well earned break away. Superb value for money and the staff are very welcoming on arrival. Good location and in a quiet area of Blackpool. Shops and north pier about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Wow! This hotel is beautiful architecture and is very spacious with a magnificent pool and garden giving you a sense of tranquility in the middle of a very busy city. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The price was at the lower end of anything you can get in Punta del Este. Highly recommended.

Hotel, beach and grounds are lovely, however, the food was awful, we travelled as a family of four, all having stomach issues, myself being the worse, with vomiting and diarrhoea, taking days from my holiday, we have done some research since and apparently this is quite common at this hotel, so unless you want to spend a large proportion of your holiday in the bathroom, don’t go! I don’t usually complete reviews, but felt it was necessary, for this holiday.
