Didn’t stay at the hotel but went to the spa. Got a hammam, massage, and facial. Was an incredible experience! The staff are wonderful. Wish we could go back!

Big thanks to the gentleman on the reception desk who was kind enough to help me search for my phone late last night. Phone was found. All was well. But the young man left a very good impression of the Hotel in my mind. Please thank him.

海景房风景好，房间也很大，足够两个人住，早餐非常丰盛，虽然每天的菜色都是一样的，但有烟燻三文鱼吃也不错。

The hotel, the staff, both restaurants & food, gym, loved the outdoor patios, & rooftop area. The rides to beach & downtown & pickups were so helpful! All the staff from doormen, drivers, front desk, cleaners, servers, etc. all were very friendly, & went over & above to meet your needs! Well done Westin staff! The food was as good & in some cases better than any food we got at any other high end eateries! All this made us glad we chose to stay here to celebrate our 40th Anniversary! Thanks to all for making this celebration a very pleasant memory!

This is my fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately there is a noticeable decline in the overall standard. It feels as though there is an effort to cut costs in areas that, from a guest’s perspective, are very important—such as the food and the entertainment team. One of the main reasons I continue to return to this hotel is the dining experience. As an all-inclusive hotel and as a parent of two children, this is something I rely on. However, during this stay, the quality felt lower than in the past. While the meat dishes were of very good quality, the rest of the food seemed to offer less variety and a slight decline in overall quality. The second reason is the entertainment team, which has traditionally been known as one of the best in Israel. That said, during my recent visits the team has been noticeably less active and less engaging with both the children and the general audience. The kids’ club closes too early, there are not enough activities or social opportunities for children, and during my last stay it felt as though the team was almost absent. As a result, I found myself spending most of the time entertaining my children on my own.

From 1st entering the hotel reception, the staff were friendly, helpful and informed. The weather outside was miserable, but the staff made our stay excellent. A beautiful hotel in an amazing location, and would recommend everyone to this on their bucket list. Defo will be going back.

One of the Best Hotel experiences from the arrival, to our stay and even upon departure. Ever staff was very attentive to every single detail, vip amenity in room with a personalized note. Room is very spacious and bright, service was perfect, breakfast menu offer was perfect. The #1 hotel in the champagne region!

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr sch?ne Anlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Auswahl und Kreativit?t etwas gering. Dies kann aber auch der Reisezeit in der absoluten Nebensaison geschuldet sein. Auch ist die Weinauswahl sehr übersichtlich. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, Preis/Leistung top, man k?nnte sagen es w?re ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt für den 5. Stern überall das letzte Stück. Aber wie gesagt, für den Preis kann man gar nicht meckern. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
