What a beautiful setting for a hotel absolutely stunning! We really couldn’t believe it ! our room was very spacious and clean and had the biggest bath l have ever seen the ground’s were beautiful waterfalls and alpaca’s a swimming pool and volcanic pool’s nearby the staff were lovely and buffet breakfast was great a magical place

Always the best experience here! Love the airport shuttle, especially John (driver), the hospitality and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Los of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.

位置真的很方便，早餐也可以，入住体验还是性价比很高的，但是携程定的，为什么默认给的都是天井加角房，差之又差的房间，那种房间谁要住，非要折腾更换

服务：每个工作人员都非常热情友好，超出预期 环境：房间和床都比较大 地理位置：附近有很多免费电车，治安也很好。走路能到coles。非常方便。

las habitaciones estaban limpias y amplias. el ba?o tenía suficiente champú acondicionador jabón y otros accesorios. la alberca está climatizada y cuenta con chapoteadero.

The room was very dirty and run down. Walking across the floor without shoes turned my feet black with dirt.

1、所处环境无可比拟，墨尔本核心区域，所在crown tower 内部配置完善。 2、房间衞生乾净，设施齐全且空间大，确实配得上服务及价格。 3、可能是假期等原因，最大问题是普遍存在的上午到达早的话，要等到下午三四点以后甚至更晚才能入住。 4、周边吃饭漫步方便，打车也便利。
