Ho passato due notti al Dogana Resort, tutto eccellente, buonissima la colazione e i ristoranti della struttura, staff molto cortese, ho avuto il piacere di provare la spa privata ed è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza

Staff is mixed, some are excellent like annissi, most are barely willing to help, poorconcierge. Hotel was very cold, but they supplied heater when we asked. Everytime you leave the hotel you need to resign internet. Breakfast buffet was below average. no shelves large enough in the shower. They clean once in 3 days . it s a pain to ask for anything including water, new towels etc Not a 4 stars hotel

My room had cockroaches and mosquitoes. They could also include vegetarian-friendly and kid-friendly foods like steamed rice or plain rice without meat.

房间很好，有个前台服务特差，挂人电话，自己説不清楚接机车在哪，让客人自己找。

The room was amazing and the view was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and the spar was great. Really enjoyed our 2 day stay and will definitely be back this year.

Location not bad,staff don't care about Guest,room bared, no kettle,no fridge or cooler,no slipper. Bathroom too small Never stay again, not recomendet.

Great hotel and great staff! Would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Paris. We had an amazing time.

中规中矩的酒店，位置很好，楼下就是lune。80楼大堂风景也很棒，酒店对面有奥特莱斯，有亚洲超市和一个大型超市。步行去几个打卡景点也不太远，位置优势很明显。整体来説，性价比还是很高。没太感受到服务

设施：维护不错。 卫生：干净卫生。 环境：周边交通便利，去哪都方便。 服务：服务还行，前台客气礼貌。

Découvert par hasard pour des raisons pratiques à 10 minutes vraiment avec valises de la gare de Lyon à 2 pas de la bastille et du métro Chambre bien entretenue très propre, literie au top , très grande salle de bain mosa?que or et noire, wc séparés Le grand plus un accueil attentionné et personnalisé , un petit mot à chaque passage , Peu de chambre peu de bruit Nous reviendrons c’est sur !
