Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura Brizi 5 per due notti, io e la mia famiglia, nel monolocale deluxe, durante il mese di agosto. La struttura si è rivelata una tappa strategica perfetta per spezzare il viaggio Milano–Salento. Ottima anche la posizione, a soli 200 metri dal centro, ideale per visitare comodamente la città a piedi. Il monolocale è molto carino, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, perfetto per un soggiorno pratico ma rilassante. Per chi è alla ricerca di un po’ di relax, a soli 10 minuti di auto si può raggiungere la villa con piscina, accessibile esclusivamente ai clienti della struttura: un luogo davvero paradisiaco! Ad accogliervi troverete il cugino della signora Rita, una persona splendida che vi farà sentire subito come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Rita, a suo nipote e a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

年末に2泊滞在しました。 スタッフさんは皆さん気さくな方で、困った事や早朝のチェックアウトなどにもすぐに対応していただけて、とても助かりました。 カッパドキアは雪が降っていてかなり寒かったのですが、部屋の中は暖かくて薄着でも大丈夫でした。 部屋もベッドも绮丽に清扫されており、水回り（シャワー、トイレ等）もトラブルなく使えました。 饮料水はボトル2本置かれていたので、买い忘れた际に助かりました。 壁や棚には工芸品などが饰られていたりして、トルコらしい雰囲気の内装も素敌でした（荷物を移动させる时などは、当たらないように少し注意した方がいいかもです）。 朝食は种类もボリュームも満点で、景色を见ながらゆっくりいただけました。 チャイをお愿いしたらポットでたっぷり贳えて、寒い日だったこともあり有り难かったです。 近场での食事については、ホテルにもレストラン?カフェが并设されてますし、近くにお土产屋やカフェも点在しているので饮み物や軽食が购入できます。 ギョレメ行きのバス停までは徒歩10分ほどの距离でした。 何よりホテルの中庭から见える风景がとても素敌でした。 すぐ隣にはウチヒサル城もあり、夜のライトアップを好きなだけ见ることができて、最高のロケーションでした。 暖かい时期であれば、テラス付きのお部屋に滞在するのも良さそうです。 カッパドキア独特の风景に囲まれて、ゆっくり过ごしたい方には特におすすめです。 とても良いホテルでした。 I stayed at this hotel during the snowy season, and the room was warm and very comfortable. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities worked without any issues. Furthermore, the breakfast was substantial, and I could enjoy it leisurely in the cafe with its great view. The view from the hotel was stunning, especially from Uchisar. I hope to visit again during balloon season. And the staff were very kind and friendly. When a small accident happened during my stay, they handled it with understanding and calmness. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. Thank you very much.

We checked in after midnight and the front desk was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean.The breakfast was good and the servers were also very nice and helpful.

这个真是5星酒店吗？房间不算大，衞生间挺大的，还算可以。不给塑料瓶装的矿泉水，给的是玻璃瓶装的过滤水和2个杯子。再要的话28马币一瓶。烧水壶藏的比较好，一开始竟然没发现。没有浴袍，去11楼游泳池只能披个大浴巾。早餐看着选择挺多的，符合传统中国胃的选择不多。游泳池不算大，都挺浅的，最深的地方才1.2米。早7点到晚8点，能看到双峯塔。酒店连着商场，一楼和四楼都可以过去。

Miguel, the caretaker. Was very attentive and sweet. We communicated with Google translate and he was absolutely a wonderful sweet man. We had the room with a king bed in one room and a double bed in the other. They put in a little inflatable hot tub in the bathroom which was awesome. The water temperature is very low and we never got any hot water. We didn't ask. We stayed there for only one day. Our last day. So we didn't worry about it. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The property was very nice. There was a mix of things new and very old. Two brand new grills. The patio that was covered was incredible. The wooden lounge chairs by the pool needed major repair as did the round lounger next to the pool. Breakfast was delicious. There is a lady that cooks for them and he brought it to us and carry out containers. There's a little kitchen. There are nice bathrooms next to the pool. Their other rooms looked absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

住了四晚，以后来清迈还会选择这家。安静，不像宁曼路在航网上。交通便利。各方面我都感觉很好，服务也很好。房间不大，但该有的都有，设计也合理，住着很舒服，不用一次性床品也很舒心。真不知道差评哪里来的，是我要求不高，还是有的人难搞。

Very big space. Good for families. But the location is quite far. You may need car to move around.

房间很大 设施：好 衞生：好 环境：好 服务：好 唯一的缺点是洗澡水不好调，不是热就是冷，洗澡间和房间用磨砂玻璃隔开，晚上开灯上洗手间，房间很亮影响同行人睡觉

Beautiful room (#310) with a nice view. Very accommodating staff as well. We had dinner at the Ox & Anchor and it was fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars was the bed. Very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was amazing!
