We stayed in a Penthouse. It's two levels and each level has their own bathroom which was great. The penthouse can use updating. There isn't any plugs in the downstairs bathroom which hard to do blow dry and straighten my hair. There is also a lack of waste bins in the room, which was hard to discard trash. There was an issue with the upstairs TV not working and lacking a remote. The front desk was very helpful in resolving the issue next day. We were only staying two nights. Cleanliness was fair. There are some things that can be updated/ replaced. Price was fair for the stay. There is a free breakfast and it was good for us to get the day started. They also have a basketball court which was a huge plus for my son! If booking a penthouse I would try not to stay in area #14 that was far from parking, basketball court and pool, also especially if you have a lot of luggage like we did. Also be aware that this hotel places a $300 hold for a room and a $500 hold for a penthouse!

Wonderful staff! The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. I would stay there again. I marked it down just because the pool changing area is a bit rundown and the veg curry did not live up to the marketing! Presentation could be improved. Rice was served in clumps. Needed a little more sauce and more care with the presentation.

Appartamento fantastico, spazioso e con tutti i comfort

因为连住二天前台小哥给免费升级了一天的房型，房间够大，很乾净。步行可以到各个景点，大概都在十几分钟左右。房间里的wifi不太好用，也无法接受5G信号??

Great welcome and fab room. Lovely hosts and easy to find and park. Outstanding options for breakfast all freshly cooked. Great base for Abergavenny and local walks along the canal. Thanks for a lovely stay Kel and Mel. Would highly recommend booking here.

Room was ok. Few things were amiss shower pipe was twisted we told reception and they said they had looked and it was fine ??? Some reception staff need to smile more. Resturant staff were very good as were housekeeping.

Ideal for a family of four. We had a two bedroom apartment (one double, one twin). There were two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer - a few dishwasher tablets were provided but no laundry detergent so bring your own if you need them.

There was constant noise, day and night from local road works. I should have been informed of this before staying.
