Great stay the amenities are the best of any hotel I've visited recently

We booked one of their Fort Victoria room, and ended up getting upset because We thought we booked the room with the massage chair, the listings online were cluttered . overall experience was okay, the tv is not smart, the condo is perfect for those people who are on business trip or overnight.

Myra was fantastic! Positive and helpful! Always smiling! Helped me set up my app and register my electronic key. I had a mixup with my check in and she helped me correct it. I didn’t know I could do all of it through my app, but she took the time to walk me through it.

I liked this hotel overall. But you have to check other websites for a better price. Hotel’s website doesnt show the best price , i booked 100 euros more from the hotels own website, and i wrote them but since i have already paid , the did not make any discount. When i arrived to the hotel the room was ready but they asked 30 euros for early check in. This is the first time i heard about early checkin fee. Overall it is clean apartment. I stayed 3 nights There is no cleaning. But the hotel was clean. , people are nice. Location was good.

The hotel staff were always very pleasant and helpful - we felt quite comfortable here. This property has a fantastic room setup for families; quad/family rooms are very hard to find in the city - Le Petit Belloy offers a set of rooms the are accessible by a private corridor with it's own key card entrance. This was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers - we had 2 separate rooms, but were able to keep both doors open when we liked. The rooms may be small, but they are efficient, clean and well lit. There was a bit of beautiful city noise late at night which didn't impact our rest and only added to our fantastic experience staying in such a great location. Any noise was from the street - we never heard any noise from our neighbouring rooms. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of the city rather than an alarm clock on vacation! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were within walking distance to many amenities, St. Michel metro, shops, restaurants, cafes. See my other reviews for some great dining recommendations. The air conditioning kept us comfortable although we didn't really need it as we lucked out with a week of perfect weather and often slept with the terrace doors open. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Whilst we sat down to a delicious and substantial breakfast, my friends and I wondered why on earth we don’t have beds as comfortable as this at home. It seems crazy to enjoy such immense comfort for only a couple of nights. A deep bath, a lovely looking shower (which was not tried) and a milk bottle shaped chilly bottle on the tea tray adding an extra element of class.

Very nice apartment once we finally got the keys to gain access. Not a normal check in experience, keys left in a key nest which you recieve a code for via email to open it, probably a good idea in theory but it would help if keys where actually in the safe! After a few phone calls we finally got the room keys. The apartment was very nice, modern, well equipped & clean. The only issue we found with the accommodation was it was like a sweat box! There was no control over the thermostat settings and the heat was unbearable. After speaking to other guests they voiced same problem with one saying they had to sleep with a bag of ice in bed! Apart from this good accommodation & central to all amenities.
