We like the location; the cost; the free breakfast; the pool & hot tub; the free shuttle to and from downtown; and, as always, our room was large and comfortably appointed. We will return again.

Hotel location is away from train station around 20 mins but you bring luggage may be around 30 mins. It’s so hard to me for carrying luggage to the hotel.

Very beautiful place. I had the 2 bedroom infinity pool oceanfront villa. VERY VERY nice & spacious. Two levels of space. This hotel is in Pristine Bay, very secluded & quiet, so if you're looking for just relaxation & away from everything this is the place for you.

Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe

I have traveled multiple Westin Properties. Given the current conditions of the USA, it is understandable of the difficulties these resorts face. However, this was not an all inclusive resort. The quality of food and cocktails were very reminiscent of all inclusive. But we’re NOT an all inclusive price.
