Our stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, and the facilities and overall service were reasonably good. However, I experienced a serious issue that affected my comfort and sense of privacy. During our stay , a staff member entered my room at an inappropriate time without knocking or asking for permission. I consider this a clear violation of guest privacy. I immediately filed a formal complaint with the management and requested that the matter be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome. Unfortunately, our stay ended and we checked out without receiving any response, follow-up, or apology from the administration regarding the complaint. This lack of feedback and accountability was disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.

Sono stata qui l’ultima settimana di gennaio insieme alla mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile. Appartamento familiare grande e ottimamente ristrutturato. La collocazione dell’albergo consente di muoversi agilmente verso le piste e verso il centro del paese. Cucina di ottima qualità. Complimenti allo chef! E complimenti a tutto lo staff! Raccomandatissimo

Great room. Couldn’t believe how nice it was for the money.

We loved our stay at The Maya Mountain Lodge. Though the rooms are not glamorous, the location was great and the staff absolutely outstanding. Every single staff member was attentive to our needs. They made our planning effortless by arranging everything for us. They greeted us with smiles and were knowledgeable of local flora and fauna and enjoyed sharing their knowledge with us. We will be repeat customers wirhout a doubt.
